“I can only comment on the professional approach from Rachel the audiologist who certainly knows her stuff and speaks very clearly.As I don't have my hearing aids until the latter part of next week,I can only comment on what has happened so far.The ultimate proof will be that the horrendous cost will be mitigated by perfect hearing.”

“I was seen by audiologist KELSEY Evans. A very pleasant young lady who was totally professional in all aspects of her duties. I was very satisfied with her assessment. The cost though of having one of your hearing aids was a little out of my pocket. I will have to continue using my NHS one, but I do wish to put on record that your hearing aid was a far superior audio quality than the one I have. It's such a shame that it would have taken me 3 years to pay for it though. But good luck for the future.”

“Arrived at the booked time. Well dressed rather flashy. Conducted my test resulting in the need to have my hearing corrected. Demonstrated only one aid. Would have liked to have a choice of manufacturers. Awaiting delivery and fitting due on Friday 22 Feb. He had not brought his credit card machine”
