I ordered my daughters fridge 10 days ago. After calling and sending emails, I was finally help by someone that told me, they don't have my fridge in stock. So how do you place it online if you don't have stock. I was handled very rudely by their customer department. No help at all from them and so many lies. After sawing all the negative reviews, I am so surprised that they are still in business.

After ordering a product on line with delivery 2-5 working days, I have been waiting 11 days phoning customer service every day. I have not had a call back or any communication from HiFi Corp.

Bought a Samsung Smart tv. Can't install it with wallmount because there is only empty holes no screws / fitting with grooves to fix the screws of the mount. Service at Westgate bad bad bad. Went to the shop 3 weeeks later still no answer.Service at Westgate horrible

People, do not go to Klerksdorp Hi-fi Co-operation! I made a application a week ago to buy a TV and a car radio. They said it will take +/- 8 hours to receive feedback. Every day I phoned the branch to hear about my application. There were always excuses like my id photo is not clear or - believe it or not - I did not give much address for them and I must send a proof of address to them!!! A did what they asked me. A week later I am stiiiiiiiiil waiting for feed back. Today when I phoned them to hear what is going on, the next day excuse is that they're Head Office said I much go back to the branch and make sure a new application because there are to many queries about my application. According to the people who work there they do not know who handled my application and there are no records of who did work with it!!! Just imagine, I made a full application, signed all the documents and was told I will receive feedback within 8 hours but I - according to them, failed to show and give proof of my address and my ID!!!!! This is absolutely crazy!!!!!! I reported a complaint and was told a manager would contact me from Head Office within 24 hours to help me with my problem. Three days later I am stiiiiiiiiil waiting for a call!!! I place my number for incase they feel they want to call me to help a client who which to only want to buy a TV and a Car radio please!!! 0823689746 and 0844126625. My name is still Mr. G M Dekker

Mr. Dekker. Very versatile poor service from Klerksdorp Hi-fi Co-operation. I made an application for a television. A week later no positive reaction. Every day I phoned them and Always excuses such as the person who done my application did not scan my address and I'd and they do know who did my application. THERE are no records available. Now a week later I phone them then they say Head Office said I must travel to the shop again and make a new application. I stay nearly 80km from the shop. People this is Very Bad and Poor service from Klerksdorp Hi-fi Co-operation!!!!!!! My number is 0765108437 and 0844126625

Can someone help me with my delivery I've been waiting and i cannot get through to customer services honestly this is BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED Im sure you guys hear this all the time! This for me did it! I can't believe how HIFI CORP has an online platform that causes so much of latency on deliveries like HOW! There's absolutely no feedback whatsoever from customer services I've sent an email and tried calling numerous times Somebody is taking a nap there and I WILL POST A BAD REVIEW ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THAT I CAN GET MY HANDS ON!!!!! 😡 DELIVER MY PRODUCT!!!!!! I ordered a notebook for my Grandmother's birthday online. That was 8 days ago. When ordered, it stated, and still does state 2-5 working days! The days have passed, my parcel has yet to even leave a warehouse, and I have no gift. After calling over 40 times, really no joke, 40 times, someone eventually answers your "helpline" and im told it can take up to 14 work days! Your company is dishonest, unreliable and your service pathetic. I would not buy from you again, not even if someone paid me too! And I will be sure to tell everyone to shop anywhere else except Hi-fi Corp. YOU SHOULD BE BYE-FI CORP!

Very disapoint, with us for years and can't believe they still exist.l bought a Philip's 9000 shaver and pay online.Try to track it for days already but nothing is happening.Not answer their helpline tel no 0860459459 or reply on any off the different e mails you sent.Not even a poor service, no service at all

Hifi corporation has the worst service delivery ever. First i received an incorrect product. Its been a week and the matter has not being resolved. Will never ever purchase from hifi. I am very disappointed.!!!!!

I have been one of your online customers for a very long time now and it is my second time I get disappointed with your poor service. At first I was disappointed when I purchased a refrigerator for my son which took a month to be delivered and now for the second refrigerator that was purchased on the 20/5/2020 I get the same treatment. I have been on the phone since the 22/05/2020 trying to check if the transfer was successful and cleared on your side. A lady by the name Chuma assisted to check and informed me that the payment is cleared and even invoices have been prepared. She indicted that the delivery will not take more that 6 working days. I started calling your offices again after the 25th May 2020 but in vain as there's absolutely no response from your call centre 0860 459 459 instead the call is ended every time after ringing for 10 minutes. It is so painful to deal with a company that is not transparent with its customers failing to redress or communicate with customers instead when you send a message / chat an SMS is sent apologizing for delay. We have paid R12 499.90 on the 20/5/2020 and the only thing we have seen is the screen shown below and today is the 03/06/2020. I am very disappointed with you're online service and I believe this was the last time I've ever used your company name.

HiFi corp must just close. Their service is very bad. I purchased a fridge online It’s been a month since I requested for a refund even today there’s no communication I feel ripped off💔. I need my money back

Absolutely the worst customer service ever that I have received I will never ever buy or order from Hi-Fi Corp ever, I ordered online, paid cash and after a week they told me that they do not have stock of the items I bought, my complete order was for over 30k, now after almost 3 weeks since the order was placed I am still waiting for my refund?

I ordered a fridge online and I was promised delivery within 7 days. It is almost 3 weeks and I STILL dont have my fridge. It has been paid for but Hificorp wont deliver. When contacting the call centre all I hear is we'll escalate. Over and over. No one calls me no one bothers to tell us what is going on. The managers are too important to speak to their customers. I feel like I've been robbed. I paid for a fridge and my fresh produce has gone bad. I cant keep my baby's food fresh. HifiCorp just takes your money. You get nothing in return.
