My TV was delivered without a connection cord, even now still haven't received it. Send numerous email but no one bothered to attend to my queries. What a poor service I received from them. I'm very disappointed

The appliances are great and all that, but the manager has attitude on customers. It's like she doesn't assist at all. There is no clear communication. We paid and alerted them we'll collect the following week but nothing was arranged when we got there. You are treated like you didn't pay for the items. Worst of all it is the manager doing this and the stuff members are nice and sweet. Rosebank Mall

Don't buy a tv from Hi-Fi corp they have no after care service. Mine was booked for repair on 27/06/2023 and until today 14/07/2023 nothing happened. I received a message this morning that it is resolved and when I phoned to let them know that it is not the lady said I must hold on and just dropped the call. Don't buy a tv from them.

Good day I had the worst experience of my life with an insurance claim and service delivery. With insurance I asked for a debit card because you can choose between this and a gift voucher. On the list where I can use my card from insurance was Hifi Corp - the nearest to me was Secunda. At first I called and spoke to a lady which told me that they do not except the card and I asked for the Manager he did not want to speak to me and I heard what he told her that she must tell me that they do accept the card. I asked the lady to take my stuff and keep it as I will drive through the next day to pay and fetch it. On 05/07/2023 I drove through to Secunda. I went to the store at 14:15. At first everyone was lying on the counters not assisting anybody and not acknowledging me. So I clapped my fingers and asked sjoe you guys theres no client service here..I asked for Dudu who was extremely friendly and helpful and called me on my name as she was very friendly. I then paid for me tv and during this time another lady was at the till and she went on lunch while busy with my transaction. When Dudu tried to log in the computer was locked so they tried calling the cashier but could not get hold of her and the computer at the till is locked. I had to wait for her to come back from lunch to be assisted. At 16:19 she came back and I could finish the payment then they needed the tv license which was sent through to my phone from my son who is staying with me in my house. Then they could not print the copies because their system is very slow keeping me waiting. Eventually they printed the ID. Only then did they tell me that the tv must be opened by them to scan with me for scratches, or any faults. This happened at 16:45. Then the box was sealed again and I reqeusted the lady at the till to apologise to me and if not I am going to report her she did not and just glared at me, I requested again and she kept on glaring so I told her I am going to report her and I am a secret shopper. She was on her cell during this time. Dudu took it upon her to apologise to me in a very respectful manner and I salute her for that. Then me and Dudu had to carry a tv, soundbar and an airfryer on our own to my car. I am 63 years olf. All the other personal just stood and looked at us. Please if this is the way clients are being treated you are loosing a lot of clients. There was another lady whom nobody assisted she looked at me and only shooked her head. I then asked her it I may assist her- did this in order to wake up the personal- all but Dudu whom was busy with me. They did not grasp the terrible situation and carried on with what they were busy with. I could not see he name but I took a photo. Please sort this out. This was terrible client service and I am very very disappointed with the attitude. Dudu was excellent. I can send you a photo of the lady sitting down if you would need that.

I bought canon cartridge printer online on 28th March 2023, i phoned customer care 3 times to make a followup and they told me its out of stock after 8 days of purchase. Today mark 15 days I haven’t received the item and refund is not an option , very very bad service

since i bought this phone last november it has been giving me problems is the extend that i had to return it to my nearest store after 3days of use but i never got helped i went to my nearest shop multiple times but still i called and called nothing emails nothing i regret buyin my phone from your store and my money wasted

No customer service at all. Witbank mall as well as Middelburg mall. I got a voucher in Mrch. Trying to use it before it expires. Sales people unfriendly or loadshedding permits scanning of voucher. You can just as well close your doors!!

Placed an order on the 17th March , order number 500584795 , to date I have not received the order , have called the call centre to cancel the order and asked for a refund , to date I have not received any confirmation of the order

I ordered earphones on the 19th, and today it's the 4th of April and I have not gotten them till this day. I have sent more then 5 emails and tons of phone calls still nothing. Hifi Corp is the worst

hificorpcustomercare@jdg.co.za JD COMPLAINTS: 9000292084. The courier arrived and wanted to do an exchange for a faulty TV stand. I explicitly asked for a pick-up and no exchange, I wanted a A REFUND. The TV stand is faulty and does not align when you try to build it- it is also awful quality and finishes. Looks cheap. The courier did not want to collect the faulty unit as their paperwork said "Exchange" and it needed to say "Pick Up". Can some urgently correct this and arrange for a pick up and not an exchange? I can't store this and it's half built, I have sent numerous pictures of the issue and the courier also took pictures of it. they agreed it does not align so it can't be built. Urgently arrange for collection from my house and a refund.

Bought a AEG dishwasher online 19 March 2023. On 26th I phoned 0860459459 to follow up. SORRY NO STOCK!!! Why was I not INFORMED? Picking was not done immidiately. I made 6 calls and 5 emails and today they said the refund will be only done today. No Feedback from them. Themba Masebele promise to call me. Nothing happens. Call expenses and interest on my card lost. Incompentense of staff. I will never ever buy something from Hifi Corp again. Not online of in store. In store there are never stock. Rather stock with Makro. I would rather give them zero stars 😠😠

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible in that order. Clearly they are not equipped to handle online shopping and delivery. My pool cleaner has been with the courier for days on end AND they don't work on Saturday. There is NO option for collection and if you cancel you have to wait 7 -14 days for a refund. It was a huge mistake buying from them. Horrible experience.

I bought TV boxes to. Only find they not compatible with the programes I use I took them back the next day just to be sent from. Pillar to post for a refund a lady called Tebogo May from Wonderpark Store told me that if her systems are offline it's not her problem as she isn't a IT specialist despite ordering me around to fetch the card I bought the Machandise with after 3 hrs she tells me her systems are off bear in mind I paid people to fix certain things which required TV boxes I am yet to get refund as she dsnt value or know any of her work

I bought a washing machine end August 2022. The spinner stopped working first week in January 2023. I logged a call with HiFi Corp Kenilworth centre where I bought it. Michaela answer my calls said I must email my proof of purchase. I did so an month went by and no came back to me. I called again in February, Michaela said I was supposed to get an SMS and a technician will come and have a look.2 weeks went by, then Eugenie from the same store called to hear if my machine was fixed. I had explained everything over again....resend everything. But at least got an SMS the same day. The following Monday a technician came and looked at the machine, he said the spinner motor packed up. By the Wednesday I had to calll the store again to find out whats the next step Rolando Ackers took my call. And she got my old machine swopped out and replaced. I want to say thank you very very much Rolandi for going the extra mile. You have sort me out in one week which proof that I was not considered valued enough by the others that assisted me. It took 2 month with me have to call after them to help me. I'm not in the least suprise why that store closed down. Rolandi I hope you get placed in a good store and efforts get the recognition it deserves

Hello my name is Hazel Baloyi I have experience poor customer service at hifi corporation witbank highveld mall.On the 9th march 2023 where i bought a kIC fridge R6500 but the fridge was having a factory fault. I contacted the store for assistant i was told to bring it in when I arrived at the store at customer service,i found candy mnisi i greated her instead only the customer was there responded and she just look at me.after she continued with the papers 45 minutes without saying a word to me.i realized that she's not going to help me i asked manager incharge and went to call maryn and she was so sweet and helpful.i just told maryn because of the poor service and ignorant and arrogant from candy i just want my money nothing else i don't think I will ever do business with HiFi corporation. All this happens when foods has rotten from the same fridge that I wanted to be sorted by the store as i lost lot of money out of the damages caused by the fridge dysfunctional. As the fridge was bought on the 3rd march 2023 and reported faulty on the 4th ,i was expecting her to be sympathetic and show the sign that she want to help.

Same day I received the appliance from HIFI Corp I requested a refund. It is now more than 3 months later. I have spoken to the customer service call centre more than 20 times and each time a Supervisor is not available and they tell me they will escalate it on there side. 3 Months 2 weeks later and. nothing I will do my best to advise against anyone ever doing business with them

Customer service: We spent 1 hours 30 min in the store last week. Just to find out that the person who were supposed to help us applied for the wrong credit. We had to start over again yesterday 1 hour 30 min again. Then the system went off. Today i went back still they cant help. I thought businesses struggels. Definitely not HIFI Corperation Nelspruit. They dont need money.

I bought Sony head sets 3 weeks ago only to be told that their driver was hijacked and thas was after i called them to ask what was happening with my order. Again i was told that my complain was resolved successful but 3 weeks later no sign of delivery. Today I called asking them for a refund and the consultant was so unprofessional she was busy talking to her friends while on the phone and still i didn't get any help. I'm just wondering if I'll ever get my money
