I bought a washing machine end August 2022. The spinner stopped working first week in January 2023. I logged a call with HiFi Corp Kenilworth centre where I bought it. Michaela answer my calls said I must email my proof of purchase. I did so an month went by and no came back to me. I called again in February, Michaela said I was supposed to get an SMS and a technician will come and have a look.2 weeks went by, then Eugenie from the same store called to hear if my machine was fixed. I had explained everything over again....resend everything. But at least got an SMS the same day. The following Monday a technician came and looked at the machine, he said the spinner motor packed up. By the Wednesday I had to calll the store again to find out whats the next step Rolando Ackers took my call. And she got my old machine swopped out and replaced. I want to say thank you very very much Rolandi for going the extra mile. You have sort me out in one week which proof that I was not considered valued enough by the others that assisted me. It took 2 month with me have to call after them to help me. I'm not in the least suprise why that store closed down. Rolandi I hope you get placed in a good store and efforts get the recognition it deserves
