“Very knowledgeable, however could be more interactive to make you more confident that you understand it all. Questions on assessment are also very easy and do not really challenge your learning and understanding of the overall module. Overall could definitely be improved as it is a very basic course.”

Hello, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you thought the assessment questions were too easy. We really do try and make our training as accessible as possible for all of our learners. The main aim of our end assessments is to make sure the learner has taken on all of the information in the course, and we don’t want to catch anyone out with complex questioning. Hi John, thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the course is unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. However, during the course or even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can repeat any of the learning modules as many times as you like. Just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at.
