I love your courses as I find it hard to do the tests at the end but with your courses you have as many goes as you like so there is no pressure.”

“At the end of the course I would have thought that we would have had the opportunity to take minutes of a virtual meeting. For £40 plus VAT it was very disappointing”

I have double checked over the course content that we advertise and I am unable to find anything which states that there is a virtual meeting included within the course, but I am sorry if this is what you expected. “Very knowledgeable, however could be more interactive to make you more confident that you understand it all. Questions on assessment are also very easy and do not really challenge your learning and understanding of the overall module. Overall could definitely be improved as it is a very basic course.”

The main aim of our end assessments is to make sure the learner has taken on all of the information in the course, and we don’t want to catch anyone out with complex questioning.
