“I felt I was being clearly and professionally instructed. If I worked in a catering setting I would probably have been familiar with the terminology used in the 2 questions I got wrong but at the end of the course I felt confident I had a good understanding of the principals involved and where to look if I need to check information in the future.”

“The modules were very detailed and informative. Level 3 is a lengthy course to complete, so when it came to the assessment, I would have liked the opportunity to have gone back over some of the questions that had not so obvious choices, instead of having them corrected immediately.”

“Needed an urgent First Aid course & High Speed Training delivered the course online. The course was completed in just over 2 hours & we were provided with an email copy of our certificate after completing the course. They also post out the certificate. Excellent service, we will be using them again for our other training needs.”
