“The question - Which of the following injuries would be considered a ‘reportable injury’ under RIDDOR? Your choices are - An employee catching flu. A fractured toe. A work related accident which requires an employee to be absent for 3 days. A diagnosed work related disease such as tendinitis !!! Your answer was — You need to inform RIDDOR if an employee is absent for 7 consecutive days or more !!! Obviously non of the above. This affected my score 😡”

Hello, thank you for your review! It sounds like you selected the answer “A work related accident which requires an employee to be absent for 3 days”. This answer is incorrect and the course was advising you why it was incorrect by letting you know that it would be 7 days absence and not 3. The correct answer was “A diagnosed work related disease such as tendonitis”. Your test mark isn’t shown on the certificate, however you can retake the assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost if you like.
