“One section highlighted a scenario in a school where questions were asked afterwards. The incorrect answers included not allowing students to clean up. I did find this a bit confusing because in many cases you can't always rely on students to clean up without checking afterwards. This is in itself a risk.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review and feedback! I have had a look at the scenario you are referring to in the course, and whilst I do understand that teachers or others in charge will need to check that the students have cleaned up sufficiently, none of the correct / incorrect answers are in themselves unsafe actions if the student does it correctly. Having said that, I completely see where confusion may lie and I have passed on this feedback to our Content department to look into. The reason we don’t show what the correct answer if you have got a question incorrect is because if the learner fails the assessment we encourage them to recap on the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material, and I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users truly understand the information and course material in order to pass the training and receive their certificate.
