Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. The Level 2 Food Hygiene course is one of our most popular courses. It is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! We'd love to hear your thoughts on which words were to technical to see if we can look into this further for you. “It was fine just felt more should be included in how to work out a selling price and define Gross and Net profit to help people understand the cost needed to be taken into account in a business, petty cash very old fashioned method of accounting for moneys spent”

“I really enjoyed the experience of the course. Easy to achieve with bite sized modules, enabling me to complete the course, by doing a little and often. It was easy to follow, although I personally found the narrator distracting, so I preferred to turn the sound off and read the course comfortably by myself. I found the design of the course good, but more importantly for me was the excellent content. Thank you”
