While there was a lot of information on the modules, the course did not have a proper introduction and had little effect on keeping my attention. To receive a qualification after answering a mere 12 questions seems like a false achievement as I am no more qualified than when I started and arguably, no more knowledgeable. I'd liken this course to a mini test you'd receive in primary school.

Nothing new discussed; repeated information meant that ironically, I was getting stressed with the time I was wasting completing a course that hasn't helped to de-stress me.

This test was designed to measure one's ability to remember the silly titles ("halo", "horns", etc.) you assigned to different types of bias drivers rather then to test one's ability to identify unconscious bias itself.

i just looked in to doing this course, i'm very disappointed to see that there is no actual person online to answer any questions. or doing the course. are you supposed to listen to that voice all the way through? my first opinion on this was that if i have to pay to listen to a computerised voice and watch this video online then why bother. i can get any of that information online free. i am looking for an online first aid course but i need one where i can communicate with the instructor and visa versa. this isnt for me

3 hours for a common sense test... lucky I’m being paid to do this. Utterly ridiculous! Anyone who fails this should be sterilised to ensure their genes are not passed on.

My experience was that this was a complete waste of time - very boring & repetitive. Very long winded and could have been issued in a paper form - not online. It all goes down to common sense and an awareness of respect for other peoples privacy.

Hello Caitriona, Thank you for your review! I'm really sorry that you found the training to be boring an repetitive. We do repeat the important information to ensure that learners are taking it in and there are certain areas we have to cover. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. It was good But this is not acceptable for Those who wants to apply for CSCS RoSPA is not on CSCS approved recognised Institutions. Please avoid this cheap and money waisted company

Hello Ifran, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You are correct I'm afraid that in order to get a CSCS card you are required to do face to face training as specified by CSCS. A lot of customers do require an online course though however I'm sorry that it wasn't suitable for you. 3 hours is not high speed this is ALL COMMON SENSE THIS SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 HOURS I LEARNED NOTHING THAT I DIDNT ALREADY KNOW FROM THE NEWS OR BEING A 29 YEAR OLD THAT KNOWS HOW TO WASH THIER HANDS

some of the questions were not clear and simple. the layout wasn't user friendly and some of the language was complicated. some of the answers were easily confused with each other.

That test is absolutely useless we are doing cscs this test is this same , is waist of time for all workers. All answers you can fund in google and answer all right , waist of time and money.
