You promised me that you will send me the sertificate in one working day and I haven't got it yet and I lost the job.

i cant think of a better example of training on the cheap. Teaching people to lift online. The trouble with online instructions for any kind of skill, is that you cant get any feedback. people may think they are copying the technique properly but a having a trainer present would ensure correct form. I cant really see any benefit from this type of training, sorry

I am blocked from the remaining 3 courses I paid for. I am fully computer literate and the problem is with you.

Dull. Slow - I can read much faster than you drop the information in, better to have it all there at the start. really really boring. no user interaction. worse eLearning I have ever done.

The speed of moving through the text was far too slow and the content was very poor. I am no expert but it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your review, your feedback is greatly appreciated. I have had a look on your account and I can see your training was completed on the 24/04/2018, which meant your certificate was posted in yesterday's First Class post (25/04/2018). Usually from there certificates can take from 1-3 working days to arrive dependent on the Royal Mail. I do apologise if the certificate didn't arrive as quickly as expected but it's great to hear you have now received this. kept getting kicked out with Server Error in '/' Application. Same error message every time logged back in. Contacted them via phone number, they were unable to help or let me speak to manager, extremely annoying!!

This was purchased as an audible course as I have learning difficulties and neither the answer options during the modules or the final assessment were audible. Also, the optional answer to the question 'who is more susceptible to food poisoning' was 'people with autism' which I found highly offensive as I am autistic myself.

I have received certificate today. Because you didn't bother using a board backed envelop it looks like a scrap all bent and creased quite badly!

I did the DPA course - it was slow, boring and irrelevant. I know its a compliance course but really does it have to be so repetitious. I lost the will to live about after the first two of the eighty slides.

Hello, My name is Ion Madalin Scoica and i just received my certificate of Manual Handling Awareness issued by High Speed Training on 22/04/2017. The certificate number is 2079-974308-1003834. The problem is it arrived twisted, bent, punched. I don't know who did that, it might be the postman. The fact is that my certificate is damaged and i paid for a new one. Thank you for your time !
