The training is too long,you should be able to go straight to the test if you have done this test many times before

Many of the questions are incredibly poorly worded and the answers in some cases do not match the HSE guidelines given on their website, nor the legislation.

very disappointed, watched it passed the easy questions that anyone could of passed before the course, very poor

It more of a language test than an actual test of food hygiene. You clearly try to trick the participant in and use of English than the actual reason behind food hygiene. Some of the questions, all the multiple choice can be consider as an correct answer, and yet you've not though of asking the question in the correct manner. It also very dull "death by powerpoint".

I am really shocked at the lack of depth and built in opportunities for reflection of this course. It concerns me that someone who is not conscientious could pass this very easily, with minimal consideration to the issues involved. Also the cost of 72 pounds is extortionate for what is basically a power point presentation with a few questions thrown in. I would expect much more in-depth presentation, reflection exercises and a higher level of questioning for the assessment. When I got a question wrong, the assessment simply moved on to the next question without giving me reasons for a question being incorrect or requiring me to find the correct answer. Very, very disappointed and concerned. I paid for our deputy to do this course so we could work through it and discuss points, and feel for 140.00 for the both of us, frankly quite ripped off.

I got interrupted too often when going through the modules. The lack of interaction makes it unengaging. It's no comparison to a passionate presenter that engages their audience and creates a dialogue between the learners.

a course that was meant to take 8 hrs has taken days to complete due to technical issues preventing me from moving on. The pace of the course was frustratingly slow which meant i could not focus and did not score as well as i might have done. Having worked in education for 2 decades as well as being trained to deliver courses in a wide range of subject from a variety of providers i have nothing positive to say about this course. i wasn't even able to download a digital copy of my certificate at the end of my course. i will not be taking another one of your courses, i would rather leave my job than complete another one of your courses unless changes are made

I didn't learn anything and deeply resented the fact that I couldn't read a block of plain, unanimated text at my own pace with no pointless stock images nearby. Just give me plain html, not a JS-heavy page that deliberately obscures information.

Training fine, but the certificate arrived by post in dreadful state. I was going to frame it and have it on public view but now unable to do so. Most annoyed most disappointed and feel badly let down. Hence the reason for low rating !

I tried to use my asbestos certificate for my painting job but I was told the certificate is not acceptable and that I need UKATA CERTIFICATE? I’ve now got to pay more money to re take this course to start my new painting job?

i cant think of a better example of training on the cheap. Teaching people to lift online. The trouble with online instructions for any kind of skill, is that you cant get any feedback. people may think they are copying the technique properly but a having a trainer present would ensure correct form. I cant really see any benefit from this type of training, sorry
