Hi Nicholas, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Just so you know, you are asked to confirm your gender when you log in to your training for the first time. I can confirm that your title is not printed on the certificate. I have changed your title on our system so this is corrected for any future training you do through us. Thank you taking the time to leave your feedback and let me know if I can be of further assistance. Kind regards, Adam (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Hi Luke, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our training. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced problems viewing the content. Our courses are designed to be easy to read and the Manual Handling course has black writing on a white background to make sure it is a clear as possible. It may be that there was an issue with your version of the course. If you are able to forward further information to support@highspeedtraining.co.uk it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments. Kind regards, Adam (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

you have to wait for the voice over to stop speaking before you can click on the next button. this is very slow and annoying. as I can read quicker than she speaks.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Just so you know in future if you click on the cogs at the bottom right hand corner of the training platform you will find an option to speed up the course. Thanks again for your feedback! Best wishes, Adam (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

I thought this presentation was put together poorly and there was a few mistakes: ie, when it said cooled on the screen the woman's voice said cooked and it was confusing. Also, i thought it went on for too long and it got boring and i lost concentration towards the end. i think you should be able to read it in your own time and choose whether you have the voice in the background or not, if you dont have the voice you should be able to skip to the next page when ever you are done with the last page because otherwise you are staring at a screen for too long for no reason. You should make it more fun, colourful and interesting so that the person learning is having fun and can engage so they learn more. The only parts I remembered were the bits i laughed at with my friend. goodbye thankyou.

Hi Kim, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I can confirm that the question is: "If your customer has a complaint, what should you NOT do?" The correct answer is "Argue" because you would "NOT" (as stated in the question) Argue with a customer who has a complaint; you should apologise, however that is not the answer to this question. I hope that helps but please feel free to contact our Support Team on 0333 006 7000 or support@highspeedtraining.co.uk if you want any further information. We're here Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. Best regards, Phoebe (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

All the relevant information could have been condensed down to a couple of slides, the rest is just filler really - it feel like someone just read the Wikipedia article for bribery and made a couple of slides out of it. The key facts seemed about right, but really could have just been half a side of A4 in bullet points without any annoying generic stock photos of people in suits, which have nothing to do with the content. The really slow animations on each slide are very annoying and slow the process down a lot. The quiz at the end was also poorly designed having to check each question as you go and click to go onto the next question just wastes time. I don't know how much my employer paid for this, but I'm guessing they got ripped off.
