“a good structure and infomative but would be alot better if the question where read out for those with disability with reading”

“This seemed quite specialised in places. It would be good to understand before embarking on the training how long to allow for the training. It took longer than I expected.”

We do confirm an approximate course duration on our website however I will feed back to our content team that we have had feedback that you would like this to be visible within your account. Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. “Loved this. Learned quite a lot that was not mentioned in previous face-to-face courses. Great to have the unstressed time to absorb the information, go over and over particular situations as many times as required and the mini tests along the way just kept everything interesting and made sure focus was maintained. Would highly recommend.”
