“Good informative course however there is a need to revisit the whole module if assessment failed on that particular question or you are unaware of where you have gone wrong and the printable knowledge sheets aren't over helpful with this. Also too much talking , more knowledge checks along the way would be better. I now need to get a further 14 staff members through this with english not their 1st language.”

Hello Sharon, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We do pride ourselves in the fact that we enable our learners to resit the assessment as many times as they require without any additional fee and although some learners may wish to revisit the whole module there isn't always a need for this. Please keep in mind that you can turn the voiceover off within the course settings if you prefer. “Easy to access, liked the downloadable templates and other documents. Good use of exercises to test progress. Overall pretty happy and would recommend, and would use HST for other similar courses.”

“Never heard of this company before but was sent the link to complete a training course before I go back to work. I though the website was well designed and was easy to find the course that I was asked to do. And I was impressed with the choice of courses that you have on offer to do online in your own time. And I might do a few more that I have found on your website just for myself to learn something new and get some more qualifications.”
