Please note that even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “The modules give you information overload and give too much information not needed throughout the assessment test. The lady talking slows down the whole process and would be nice just to read through it yourself.”

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
