“I found this course very comprehensive and informative. I wasn’t sure about an online training, but found it really beneficial to be able to go over sections and probably learnt and retained a lot more than I would in a live training! Very well put together, thank you.”

“It would be better to have an immediate correction in the end assessment of the correct answer. Also, The question on cross contamination is a little vague. Cross contamination can occur in all sorts of scenarios.”

Unfortunately we aren't able to give the correct answers in the assessment as it would mean the learner would be guaranteed to pass next tine. The assessment has to be a true test for the learner and they have to pass it without our help.
