Took me 3 hours to “learn” something I learnt 5 years ago at school. Waste of my time. If high speed is three hours I feel for whatever you call normal speed xx

Not very interactive in terms of keeping the viewer engaged, very text heavy. On one video you showed a fire warden without a high vis jacket and I thought fire wardens where possible should wear their high vis jacket

Needs a pause and a rewind button. Also text doesn't fit well on smaller devices. Assessment question asks about washing hands under running water, which implies you'd wash all the soap off before adequate lathering.

The Abrasive Wheels course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of breaking down the information! I have just spent £30 for a computer voice to read powerpoint full of text to me. Seriously, this "course" could be a handbook. Also now have more of an idea of my employer's responsibilities for writing a risk assessment but less idea about my role while working in enclosed spaces. I scored 100% on the assessment.

There was too much writing and it was very long-winded. If there were videos this would be helpful.

Our PPE For Healthcare Workers course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. Boring and tedious - nobody wants to have a presentation read through to them, in person, or on a computer

Have completed several courses with high speed training and despite having superfast broadband there is a great deal of skipping and freezing of pages making it difficult to understand what is being said
