The information given and general course content is very good. However, almost every picture shows no PPE, no handles fitted and basically how you SHOULD NOT use grinding equipment

grammar is inconsistent, so in places it is wrong. it is far from high speed. the training is for safeguarding in general, not to become a barrister in this area. Your assessment contains questions which for all intents and purposes (bar yours), have more than one answer, yet you consider only one is correct. above all, you confuse a crucial term regarding safeguarding.

It was much too slow, I would like to do the training at my own pace. As a fast reader I was having to wait all the time for it to allow me to get the next stage

You can change the speed of the course to make it slower or quicker, just click the 'cog' symbol in the bottom corner while you are in your course and you can change the speed. The course was interesting but you could not help to loose interest as it took so long to show things that could have been just as easily delivered in less words/ shorter sentances, and at the end just 20 questions. It was the most long winded course I've ever taken

several questions ambiguous. working on a ship will not involve confined spaces ??? disagree with that disturbing sludge will not possibly decrease oxygen levels ??? disagree with that

Hi Roger, thank you for your review and feedback! I have looked at the course and it does state that ship holds are a confined space. It does discuss later on The Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 which does not cover activities on board a ship or below ground in a mine (if this is what you were referring to by "disturbing sludge" and "oxygen levels") because each of these is covered by their own specific legislation. So it's that specific regulation that doesn't cover ships or sludge, but both ships and mines are confined spaces! I hope this makes sense but if you do want to review it you can log back into your course and review this information on Module 1 slide 7 and Module 1 slide 12. They did not sent my certificate to me and everytime I call they say they will but they never did very very poor service

Generally I was happy with the training. However, during my exam your system told me that I had selected the wrong answer, while simultaneously showing that I had chosen the correct answer. This blip did not affect my successful completion of the assessment, but was both perplexing and disappointing as I am sure you can understand. I am not so much used to computer and I found the web site instructions were not adequate. For example I did not see how to log out and thus when I tried to log in second time I had to comtact suppprt.

I found the course very useful but I was unable to complete food storage module as it woukd not let me progress past the exercise where you sort the best before dates in the correct order even though I definitely dine this exercise correct. I've completed all the other modules but I am unable to take the assessment at the end of the course as I haven't finished the food storage module due to this.

There is some very good information but it's far too wordy. Why not use bullet points rather than long winded explanation. Many of these online courses are the same. They treat us like idiots and go on and on. It's rather ironic that a course on health and safety should actually increase our daily stress. Without wishing to appear rude, I don't feel any safer having done the course. Much of it is common sense and as I said at the beginning could be presented much more simply. I apologise for being so negative (I'm sure it has been very well received elsewhere) but I've been extremely busy recently and have been hassled to take this course when I didn't I really need to. That's not your fault so sorry for that - but I do think my comment about bullet points is valid. Thank you for reading this far.

The Level 1 course that you have completed is written at a awareness level and is designed to teach the basics of Health and Safety, but I will definitely pass on your feedback to the relevant teams regarding the bullet points. Hi The course has a good content unfortunately none of the videos would work and the voice over when reading through the course ended abruptly not voicing the last words of what was written, because of his I would have to mark down the course due to the above

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is quite an in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! The Course material itself is very, very good. My Daughter who has Downs Syndrome used it to get her certificate (it took two goes but hey, ho she has Downs) The front door of being able to buy products and assign them to students I find to be totally non-intuitive and highly unsatisfactory. I have just asked for a refund of my latest payment and, whilst I think that the Course material itself is extremely good, I'm now going to look for a different provider. It really is a shame that they make the front end so complicated. I've just been asked two further questions ; i) How easy was it to get your refund? and ii) How many days did the refund take? - Those questions I can't answer yet - but I'm concerned that they need to be asked anyway - it is obviously a common query.

It was a ridiculously long process with many parts just common knowledge. It should be split into first time practice and a shorter process for those with previous knowledge.

This course focused too much on younger children and was not very useful to me as a secondary teachers so I felt the information about the course being suitable for 'anyone' working with children was misleading . The presentation of the information was very repetitive and boring. The assessment was not very challenging and I think I could have completed it successfully without having worked through any of the units leading up to it.

Some of the questions and answers are just ridiculous. Example What ill-health effect can be caused by exposure to hazardous substances? A=Asthma but you also have Chronic Migraines on there which is what I get when around them for a long time.
