The person lifting the paving slabs wasn't wearing protective footwear, the electric lifting hoist had exposed electrical terminals. Very poor example.

Incredibly dull training. Click and wait for each page to load does inspire fun learning. would be much better if you had to scroll down the page, if there were more interactive quizzes and buttons to press, more videos to watch, more things to click and scroll and have fun playing with.

Hello, thank you for your review. I have had a look on the system and your certificate was sent on the 30/08. We send our certificates in the First Class post, however it may take a bit longer to get to Romania. When you complete the training you can download a PDF copy of your certificate instantly. Hi Thanks for the chance to try this out. Unfortunately. I was disappointed with the level and content. For the target audience (taxi drivers) there was too much detail around legislation and definitions. The delivery was monotonous, the testing was minimal. It could have made much more use of potential situations a taxi driver might actually witness, examples of the kind of signs they might see in the course of their work. Key messages around their duty, what to look out for, how to recognise and how to report were lost. Sorry! But I hope that helps. Roger

The sound kept failing.Had to keep logging in again to correct it. Took much longer because of this.

I found it hard to listen and concentrate on the droning voice, and after the first half hour realized that I couldn't take in what was being said. I also found that a lot of the advice contradicted previous training.

The course was too long and the exam not concentrating on critical or practical issues. Do I need to know the difference between food posening or food born illness not really

The Level 3 course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order for it to follow the Level 3 Syllabus and ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements for food handlers. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! The course took too long it was a shame that you had to listen to the audio before you could skip slides that you had read. The 30 questions were ridiculously simple and did not really reflect the content of the course.

Poor English grammar in places. Voice distracting and too slow for reading speed - should be able to switch it off. Far and away more than needed for a one off event. Took 2.5 hours

Hi The course was not interactive enough, I felt there should have been worksheets with examples that one could work through, one learns from mistakes/corrections and not just by reading a power point presentation. Very disappointed.

Very easy to understand and pass but certificate is not valid in Care industry still have to undertake a manual handling course at work even after doing it on here 😕

A lot of irrelevant material which had nothing to do with money sending business, So just had to waste a lot of time going through it.

Some of the information was presented badly and led me to misinterpret what was being implied or presented. It was an interesting subject but I was annoyed and sometimes confused at how the information was presented - I had to read most of the info twice to ensure I'd understood correctly. Although answered some of the incorrectly wrong I felt had the course been presented better I would not have miss understood the question or answer incorrectly.

There was a lot of repeated information, and the questions were put in a way that was not hard to answer. I feel that if you are taking this course you want more of a test of knowledge and not to have the same information repeated over and over.
