The content was good but presented in an incredibly repetitive way. There were several mistakes throughout the course. The person reading didn't read in a natural way, especially when it came to abbreviations and acronyms.

I didn't think this was very useful at all. The approach seemed to be from a white male point of view. Silly examples of stereotyping "All vegetarians are environmentalists" - whats that supposed to mean ? Waste of time and money.

Hi Kate, Thank you for your review and feedback. We really value the opinions of our customers so I passed your comments onto the appropriate team and they have informed me that it appears there may be some confusion about the information on the slide that you're referring to. The course does state that phrase however, in context, it refers to what people may think of stereotyped groups - it was not stating that the stereotypes are fact. The slide says the following: "Often, a whole group will be characterised by the actions or traits of just one or two individuals. Examples include: Assuming that someone is of a lower social class because of their accent. / Assuming that everyone in Britain with black skin is an immigrant. / Saying that all supporters of a certain political party have the same personality traits. / Saying that all vegetarians are environmentalists." I had completed sections 1-4 and then had to stop and continue the following day. When I logged in again nothing from sections 2-4 had been saved so I effectively had to start again, which added an additional, unnecessary 45 minutes to the course.

Having to wait for each piece of text to load and then being locked out of proceeding is quite annoying.

The slides presented themselves much slower than I could read them so I was sat waiting for the text to arrive. It made the training much slower to do and made me engage less with the material.

Currently, the courses run through the material at the pace of the average reader, however I can understand that if you're a speed reader that this may appear to be rather slow. Ref. Callum Finch, Communication Skills Good evening. This is the third course that Callum has undertaken with you and despite initial feedback to you regarding delivery of the first two certificates, which I am grateful that you did rectify, the certificate for this course was still sent out in an unsatisfactory condition. The envelope is not sufficient to package what should be a presentable certificate. It arrived in a worse condition than the previous two certificates and is not acceptable. I had hoped that your training packages would provide good initial knowledge transfer for the young members that I am coaching, however following this, I shall be reconsidering using your organisation for this training and development. Please provide a replacement certificate suitably packaged and protected. Many Thanks Mr. S Wilkinson

Inflexible programme, no way of speeding up to match individual learning patterns. Next time I'll go straight to the final test and save myself a lot of time.

The learning parts are very time consuming and you should be able to read at your own pace rather than waiting ages for the next lot of information to appear on the screen.
