“Very thorough, but the time needed to complete the course far exceeded the time advised. Copious notes are needed to complete the assessment, as a lot of the questions are very specific, so you need to write everything down in case it comes up.”

Hello Eileen, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate your comments! I'm sorry to hear that you found the course took you longer than the approximate time we suggest. Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. “A good experience. However the videos can be improved by letting the user know how long each video clips is. Another improvement i would like is that one should be able to stop and start the video from anywhere rather than having to go back to the previous or next slide.”
