“I enjoyed the course and the modules were a manageable length. I found the exercise for each module quite challenging and I had to think hard before submitting the answer! The ability to check your answer is also a good idea. The assessment at the end of the course was relatively straightforward and more about the content rather than a situation (as in the module exercises).”

“Well worth taking this course. As someone who lives and works in Wales through the medium of Welsh we prefere bilingual posters and information so will need to access these from the Welsh Government web site. The difference in the rules in the devolved nations was not always clear. As someone who works in a pre school nursery social distancing is almost impossible. We are not required to wear face coverings while working with young children”

“It was a very helpful doing this course. I done a similar course about seven months ago and was kind of fading in my memory due to none use of the knowledge I acquired. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those in the food and catering industry. Point to note: I was not able to download the posters as there was no option to do so.”
