“the training was very good from the start to the end am a bit gutted i only got 80% right but i still passed i will be doing more training doing courses like this at home is better then sitting in a class room i would recommend any to do these sort of training as they are well put together.”

“I liked the modular form of the training. If you could allow participants to pause the speaking on a slide that would be helpful (I know you can go back to a slide and replay it, but pausing work be a great additional bit of functionality).”

“I enjoyed the course but as the modules are so many it has been difficult to maintain continuity when modules can only be completed after work or when one has time free during weekends or holidays.”

Hi Denver, thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot! I’m really pleased to hear that you found the training informative. The Level 3 course is a very in depth course so you may find it useful to know that at the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. I always find that writing down information as you go is a great way to help you retain the information! Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in (with your login details) and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review.
