“I was not able to finish all my questions. I passed but the test was ended on question 26!!!!!”

Hello, thank you for your review! I have had a look at your account and see that you did complete the full test and answered all 30 questions. The assessment shows your score as you go along, so when you completed the assessment, your score was 26 out of 30. This is why it showed the number 26. “It was fine just felt more should be included in how to work out a selling price and define Gross and Net profit to help people understand the cost needed to be taken into account in a business, petty cash very old fashioned method of accounting for moneys spent”

“The question - Which of the following injuries would be considered a ‘reportable injury’ under RIDDOR? Your choices are - An employee catching flu. A fractured toe. A work related accident which requires an employee to be absent for 3 days. A diagnosed work related disease such as tendinitis !!! Your answer was — You need to inform RIDDOR if an employee is absent for 7 consecutive days or more !!! Obviously non of the above. This affected my score 😡”

Hello, thank you for your review! It sounds like you selected the answer “A work related accident which requires an employee to be absent for 3 days”. This answer is incorrect and the course was advising you why it was incorrect by letting you know that it would be 7 days absence and not 3. The correct answer was “A diagnosed work related disease such as tendonitis”. Your test mark isn’t shown on the certificate, however you can retake the assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost if you like. “I found the information very informative. I gave an acceptable mark as opposed to higher as there was no way to pause the voice over. This would have been very useful as it would have been good to pause, so that you could think and absorb the point before being rushed to the next point”

“The course was fine, although I found the narrator voice a bit unengaging. I also found the distinction between the H+S file, the Pre-construction info and the Construction Phase plan a bit unclear. I understood that each is prepared by a different person, but it was not clear which is required first and whether some information is duplicated between them. Perhaps you should provide a simplified example of each.”
