“The first modules were very informative”

“Very knowledgeable, however could be more interactive to make you more confident that you understand it all. Questions on assessment are also very easy and do not really challenge your learning and understanding of the overall module. Overall could definitely be improved as it is a very basic course.”

Hello, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you thought the assessment questions were too easy. We really do try and make our training as accessible as possible for all of our learners. The main aim of our end assessments is to make sure the learner has taken on all of the information in the course, and we don’t want to catch anyone out with complex questioning. “Jompleted a second course for work. This was the first one I came across that I could do without the use of a laptop/device with word/excel. Great you don't have to do the course in one sitting and certificate (first course) was delivered quickly for being in a pandemic. Have found a fair few courses I am interested in infortunately I don't have the funds to sign up to them all at once. Looking forward to doing my next one. Thank you High Speed Training”

“The modules give you information overload and give too much information not needed throughout the assessment test. The lady talking slows down the whole process and would be nice just to read through it yourself.”

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! Please also note that you can turn the voiceover off within the course settings if you ever need to log in again. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation.
