“No pause option on the audio made training while working difficult.”

“you need to review the wording for question 19 - which job candidates require a dbs check: volunteers, cleaners, maintenance, all jobs regardless of their position sports coaches. it has to be made clearer as not all jobs and volunteer roles needs a DBS check, these are based on regulated activity.”

“on 2 occasions i submitted the correct answer but for some reason your computer chose to take another answer, causing me to fail and retake the test. the same happened on the retake but i managed 90% and so passed. not very amused !!!!!!”

“I think the assessment part should provide correct answers for us as reference, otherwise how can we know what is correct! After I chose the incorrect answer it will go to the next question, then after the assessment I could only know my score but I didn’t know what are the correct answers of those I had chosen the wrong one!! Eventhough I want to go back for review to find the answers myself I can only see the summary part, I’ve paid for the course but I don’t understand why I can’t review the notes again! It’s very inconvenience if I forget something in the near future and want to check again!!”

“It was a lot of PowerPoints when I have had previous food hygiene from my other work and it’s one PowerPoint with direct bullet points of info. I took along time to complete.”

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
