I think the assessment part should provide correct answers for us as reference, otherwise how can we know what is correct! After I chose the incorrect answer it will go to the next question, then after the assessment I could only know my score but I didn’t know what are the correct answers of those I had chosen the wrong one!! Eventhough I want to go back for review to find the answers myself I can only see the summary part, I’ve paid for the course but I don’t understand why I can’t review the notes again! It’s very inconvenience if I forget something in the near future and want to check again!!

Ok but you should insure you photos, are correct, e.g. a person incorrectly using a hammer without safety glasses on.

It was a lot of PowerPoints when I have had previous food hygiene from my other work and it’s one PowerPoint with direct bullet points of info. I took along time to complete.

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! Efficient but was rather business/industry biased. No mention of Risk Assessing anything education/student related.

so so. just for the record we don't use imperial measurements in the rest of the world. and i would look at putting a line in about when considering insulating a building that materials used are not flammable.

one of your questions gives the wrong answer concerning when an incident should be reported , the multiple choice does not contain the correct answer ,, it only has the option of when an employer is off for 3 days , when it should be 7 days

The words do not appear at the same time as the narrator speaks them...Very distracting.. Otherwise quite good...

Poor Voice over, fast lacking in expression not needed as the nothing was added to the slide content. Large amounts of information on the slides, small point size, uninspiring grapics
