so so. just for the record we don't use imperial measurements in the rest of the world. and i would look at putting a line in about when considering insulating a building that materials used are not flammable.

one of your questions gives the wrong answer concerning when an incident should be reported , the multiple choice does not contain the correct answer ,, it only has the option of when an employer is off for 3 days , when it should be 7 days

The words do not appear at the same time as the narrator speaks them...Very distracting.. Otherwise quite good...

Poor Voice over, fast lacking in expression not needed as the nothing was added to the slide content. Large amounts of information on the slides, small point size, uninspiring grapics

It is very hard to learn something that I do not have to know as I am not an electrician or a builder. I also do not climb ladders or work on scaffolding. The majority of subjects are of no use to me in my office based job. Therefore I struggled to appreciate that I had to learn something I would never use. It made the whole process very difficult for me. It was very complicated in parts and it was pure luck that I passed at all as I had to have three goes at it and I still got one question wrong. I did not have the energy to go back over the course again to find the answer. Perhaps I should have taken notes! I certainly did not find this as easy as I was lead to believe. I live in dread of the next time.

The training was concise and detailed and the format was user friendly. However, I was unfortunately unable to get even a digital copy of my certificate, which was unavailable for download for some reason.

The wording is confusing in some parts of the assessment as per an approved ACOP L8 corse

I thoroughly enjoyed this course but I feel like for the level of learning, over £60 does not warrant the course price.

I found the course useful in the sense that we was able to complete online, however, the trainer had a very dull and flat pitched voice which made the training hard to stay focused.
