I'm disappointed that its not clearly stated that this course isn't for actual testing procedures and how to record and use a PAT testing machine. Our company has wasted £30 on a misleading advertisement for this course. Please state this in your advertising. Due to current times globally small businesses are struggling day to day we are one of them. If I could get a refund I would. I will not be using your training again.

The course really is a very slow and time consuming process compared to others I've completed in the past - 2 hours to complete is excessive

The course went on about new laws coming in but i felt that it didn't need covering until it happens. It made it confusing at the end when you had the questions relating to new law which are not current procedures.

Very thorough training although some more practical examples and scenarios would be useful. The reason I have given it three stars instead of anything higher is the extraordinarily frustrating inability to speed through the course - I can read and understand far faster than the automatic progress would allow. It is irritating in the extreme to have to sit through the presentation, especially the parts that are completely superfluous and unnecessary for me as a learner, such as the introduction slides and the summary slides. Let us get through the parts we already know!

It was ok, but the voice of the instructor is monotonous. No mention whatsoever has been made of Covid 19 and changes needed to control and manage the pandemic. We have had to make massive changes to our workplace to deal with the pandemic and this should be reflected in the training.

the delivery of the course was well presented and comprehensive however the questions or at least some of them in the "exam" were very ambiguous one example of this is the question which type of food is most susceptible to Bacterial infection the answer on your site is cooked beef burgers when in fact during the course it states undercooked burgers ie not cooked! I would suggest that these questions be more direct and obvious to anyone who has undertaken your course as many of the multiple choice questions displayed had more than one correct answer. other than that thank you.

Comments made during the assessment when an incorrect answer has been submitted appear very sarcastic and not at all motivating. Maybe have a rethink about some of your comments.

Reasonable, although cannot replace practical training with an instructor. Some of the area's seemed contradictory with the some of the guidance given locally. One of the questions on the assessment form suggests that you check smoke detectors monthly? In large premises are you to expect fire wardens to test the smoke detectors with suitable equipment, whom may not have a reasonable level of competency to complete. Yes check fire alarms regularly, but smoke detectors?? This should be left up to the competent person on scheduled maintenance routines.

found the content to be useful but very overwhelming, it takes a long time to absorb the information on the modules. this would be effective if they were shorter in delivery
