“sxome trick questions there that had iffy options to answer according to when found incorrect and fgoogled to check were misleading!”

“i think some prices should be lowered so when a course is say like 30 pound to do you end up paying 47 pound to do it and its the extra money thats don help but in overall corses are good just need to knock the price a bit”

“It was mostly very good and informative. However there were about 3 sections which did not display/had no audio. The Introduction module had 2 pages where information was missing and no audio - approximately around pages 15/16. And the Discover of Asbestos or Accidental Disturbance of ATMs module - the EM1 flowchart did not show on relevant page.”

“A lot of the co tent was irrelevant to my setting as an early years practitioner. I did not see the necessity of someone in England being aware of the differences of food safety in other parts of the u tied kingdom. I would have preferred an option to skip through slides without having to wait as long as o did. I found the slides tended to restart so the woman reading them out repeated what she said. An option to print out key points would have been useful.”

I'm sorry to hear you felt a lot of the content was irrelevant, we do create our courses to be relevant and as engaging as possible so I will be sure to pass on your comments to the relevant team to see if there is anything we can change or improve on for future versions of the course. In regards to printing the course, unfortunately the courses are unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. Our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and repeat any of the learning modules as many times as you like. Just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at. “The text was slow to load, even on the fastest speed. The assessment kept claiming I was using the back button when I was not. Questions should indicate which answers are correct, not just that the order of answers is incorrect.”

“The voice used sounded computerised and had very odd pronunciation - e.g. amICably, rather than the more usual AMicably. I don't like having to click the mouse every minute; it's an RSI risk and unnecessary.”
