“Hard to understand questions”

“Too slow - into, subjects covered and review sections unnecessary target nation by nation - as English user do not need scotish welsh and NI stuff Bit boring - but not sure how you sort that”

“Long! It would have been better to speed up and be allowed to move the slide on once you had read it. It was frustrating having to wait for the person to read the slide when I had already read all the information and was ready to move on.”

I'm sorry to hear you felt the course was too long, there is a way to speed the course up by pressing the cog symbol in the bottom right corner, you will then have the option to speed up the slides slightly. “Interesting content, but should have different voices so it's more interesting and motivating. That would also provide a vocal memory hook. As well, in the assessment questions, it would be useful to have links to where the part of the course the question refers to. Currently, it is based simply on memory.”

“On the plus side, I found it very interesting to read about the case examples. The images were relevant, and motivating, and the option to speed up or slow down was useful. On the down side, as with many cost-effective online assessments, this was simple to 'pass' and did not require retaining much of the content. Most of the multiple choice questions relied on logic rather than having learnt from the course itself, which rather undermines the professional element and makes it feel more like a 'tick box' process, than a learning (and therefore useful & relevant) experience.”

“In terms of GDPR, there is a huge amount of information to take in and the correlating questions are tricky. To aim for a higher pass rate, the multiple choice questions would be better, in my view, to be completed at the end of each section of the course.”
