“could have been more interactive instead of just endless reading”

“This was omly my second course I enjoyed the first but became bores with the behaviour course and felt for someone with experience it was no productive and it does not really relate to children with learning disabilities”

“This has taken me 6 hrs from start to finish you recommend 2 hours for this. No wonder from start to finish i dint get all the answers right as im pretty shattered. Six hours on a computer is not acceptable - you can't ask a child to do that.”

“Too slow - into, subjects covered and review sections unnecessary target nation by nation - as English user do not need scotish welsh and NI stuff Bit boring - but not sure how you sort that”

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “Long! It would have been better to speed up and be allowed to move the slide on once you had read it. It was frustrating having to wait for the person to read the slide when I had already read all the information and was ready to move on.”

I'm sorry to hear you felt the course was too long, there is a way to speed the course up by pressing the cog symbol in the bottom right corner, you will then have the option to speed up the slides slightly. “Interesting content, but should have different voices so it's more interesting and motivating. That would also provide a vocal memory hook. As well, in the assessment questions, it would be useful to have links to where the part of the course the question refers to. Currently, it is based simply on memory.”
