“Little bit disappointed as I was unable to download a copy of my certificate. Also, as my internet was playing up I lost a mark due to user error.”

“It was good. There was one module that was super long but the others were pretty easy and straight forward to get through.”

“The course was said to be two hours? People should be informed it'll take roughly 3 hours, taking into consideration links being downloaded and saved.”

Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. “ok - I got a question wrong as I misread question - expected at the end to have the question highlighted and correct answer given. This did not happen.”

“Far too slow, I should be able to speed read the course work and answer the questions. This was a waste of time waiting for the pages to load even on the highest speed setting.”

“I found this useful. However it is far to intense for work place skills. To absorb the full contents and put into practice after a two hour non practical course is asking to much. To achieve a certificate and remember all that is read I find unrealistic. I for one would not want to put myself in a position where I could be accused of not administering the correct procedure. I am not of a medical profession. As in most cases, I would use a little common sense. If I were not sure I would seek assistance. Thank you.”

“This was omly my second course I enjoyed the first but became bores with the behaviour course and felt for someone with experience it was no productive and it does not really relate to children with learning disabilities”

“This has taken me 6 hrs from start to finish you recommend 2 hours for this. No wonder from start to finish i dint get all the answers right as im pretty shattered. Six hours on a computer is not acceptable - you can't ask a child to do that.”
