“I have done previously two Level 3 courses. I found some of the question annouying and difficult.”

“The last section of the course was set up with far too much information in one go. It needs to be separated into smaller sections with more questions to enable the learner to absorb thoroughly each and every part . In fact, to encourage more detailed learning, the whole course needs to be redone with far more questions after each section,,this will reinforce the repetition of emphasis on detail and not random multiple choice questions right at the very end .”

“Time is wasted milling over the definition of the long list of this that could abuse, when the simplest identifying phrase could be 'any one'”

“Question which asbestos is most dangerous is now not valid as all asbestos is now deemed the same risk. Also I got a question right that was marked wrong but I can’t remember which one.”

“during one module there a question that asked to place different buisnesses/locations into covered or not covered under the fire safety order. I couldn't get the correct answer after following the slide that actually tells you the answer. I don't know whether the correct answer is wrong or if I got the wrong combination of answers. id like to know what the correct answer is.”

“would have been better if you could download a hard copy have nothing to fall back ok”

Hello Garry, Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “Take a good look at some of the images used, in at least 2 there are unsafe methods of work being carried out ie 2 men on tower scaffold standing on guard rails and in the pic of 2 people helping a man out of wheel chair the brakes are not applied”

“It logged me out numerous times while trying to complete the training which was somewhat annoying. People have different methods of learning so this isn't necessarily the most effective for some learners”

“I hate the typical ambiguous test questions where there are multiple correct answers but only YOUR answer is accepted. This was more prevalent in the manual handling course but its systematic of these types of training. Please ask difficult questions that require proof of learning and are not dependent on deciphering cryptic wording.”
