The writing on the slides not big enough to be seen properly. I am a visual learner and I wear glasses, I would have liked an option to set my viewing preferences.

Course is way too detailed for a B&B and much of it does not apply. Really need a vastly shortened course to cover B&B's and Guest Houses. It was a painful experience doing this course and took 4 days to do - almost continuously NOT 2 hours.

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The recommended 2 hours is the based on how long it has taken our other users to complete the course which varies learner to learner. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! I liked the faster button, was much needed. The log in credentials given didnt work so had to call, the person answering was an OVERLY enthusiastic female. It was very distracting and felt like being in a nursery school. She needs to learn to be more adult and professional.

Within the course settings there is an option which will allow you to turn off the narrator should you wish to have just the written text. when questions were loading they were faint, I kept getting error messages come up when I hadn't made a choice yet. it was very off putting and distracting. the first 2 incorrect questions were as a result of this

I didn't have a bad experience, I just thought the course should have been better. In particular I was unconvinced by your approach to disputes with social care (which could be dangerous), hence my not getting a 100% mark on my assessment, and I thought your account of the different tiers of need was oversimple. I also thought your imagery was very white but admit that I didn't keep a count so I accept I may be wrong. Certainly where I work most children are from black and minority ethnic communities. I also found the voice of the trainer irritating and stiff.

While I understand the need for safety training, and your need to earn a buck, as a 40 yr old fully qualified and experienced tradesman, why don't you offer a course where I can simply take the test without sitting through 2 hrs of waiting to press next. I already knew everything I had to endure before being questioned about it. Could off saved myself the boredom. Kind regards Flynn

the course is geared more to hospital and nursing homes I provide personal care to people in their own homes where the environment makes it virtually impossible to comply with some of the guidelines

We originally created our free PPE course to support health care staff within a medical environment, particularly those in hospitals and surgeries during the COVID-19 pandemic. However we also decided to offer this to anyone in the industry who may also benefit from such training. I hope that there was some aspects that you were able to take away from the course! I received my certificate through the post this morning and it was crumpled. I was so disappointed and saddened by this.

Based on office structure, as a construction worker working outside 90% of the course is irrelevant. Courses should reflect the working environment worked in not a one size fits all. Thanks

Inability to move the slides on until the voiceover has finished even through I've read the slides. Assessment questions at the end are not always relevant to the training being given

Course speed should be more adjustable - there should be an option faster than the current "fast" option. Different people can absorb information at different speeds, so it makes sense to be able to have further adjustment on that specific feature to accommodate this. Thanks, Jon

Training was pretty basic, covered material I already knew from the mandatory learning at work. Had expected a bit more in-depth coverage of the subject, although this is probably reflected in the price.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you found the course expensive for what you got. Our courses are more expensive than others because you receive a hard copy certificate in the post, whereas most online training providers only provide a PDF copy and request you pay additional for a paper version of the certificate. Along with this, we have a dedicated learner support team available by email, phone and online chat along with someone also checking the company emails over weekends. In addition to the customer facing teams, all of our courses are also fully written in house by our own specialist content team. We also allow unlimited attempts on the end assessment without having to repay each time you sit the assessments or with an assessment cap, which again, many training providers will make you pay additional for. However please know we really value the opinions of our customers, so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future users. The first question on the assessment asks if the required markings on PPE should comply with BS EN 417 The requirement is for BS EN 471 not 417, (or so I have been instructed.) Avoiding this answer in the multiple choice question caused me to have it marked wrong.
