1. There was not 1 single photograph of the environment i work in (Civil aircraft line maintenance) therefore your pictures were of no relavence. 2. This course was undertaken on a computer without sound so did the woman lift the box correctly or incorrectly?

Hello Martin, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate your comments! I'm afraid that the Working at Height course is a general course designed for all workplace so is not specific to civil aircraft line maintenance. I am more than happy to confirm whether the lady in the video was lifting the box correctly or incorrectly, i order to do this I will just need you to confirm which module and page number the video was on and I will be happy to help you further. If you could please contact our Support Team, that would be really helpful: support@highspeedtraining.co.uk / 0333 006 7000. We're here Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Hello Steven, Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow. I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! I hope that the knowledge you gained will help you in the future and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Many thanks! Just to say the current thinking for ankle sprains is not to compress them...they are not routinely bandaged these days as that can lead to the ankle becoming weak. So RIE not RICE.

Hello, thank you for your review. We have looked into your review and analysed our content and it appears our information is accurate. The NHS recommend that you use a bandage to wrap an injury to support it. As we see no conflicting information between the NHS guidance and our course our content will remain the same. This information can be found on the NHS website on the following link https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/sprains-and-strains/ If you need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best, Ellie (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

it was ok, I feel that the first aid course is very basic, which I guess it is what it is supposed to do and you can't replicate first aid training of good quality practicals via text and videos. Unsure how beneficial it will be

The questions on the assessment need to match the everyday experience of those required to undertake the activity- some of your questions are ambiguous and confusing. I have a degree and I am experienced in manual handling regulation and management- I would worry about asking less academic people to complete this assessment

I have passed on your feedback to the relevant teams and we will update the content in regards to keeping a straight back to make it clearer what was being portrayed. During the assessment after answering each question and clicking on submit answer, there appeared to be a delay. On two occasions, I clicked to submit my answer however, it did not appear to register so I clicked again then received a message asking me not to click 'back' button during the assessment. It then registered and accepted the previous answer for the next question.

It felt like a lot of talking and no absorbing the actual information, most of which was common sense. It felt as though we were being pushed into the activities without enough knowledge, and the second day consisted only of computer work and teaching everything to ourselves. I didn't feel like I learned anything exclusive to this course, unfortunately.

It was not "bad" as such but bland. It covered everything that was required but I found my attention lapsing. Maybe some examples in story format to demonstrate some of the key course aims?

Bad experience? all I selected was that the training was Okay? 3 star, that's not bad? its okay, I wouldn't go as far as saying that it was good or excellent, perhaps if the actors/models had been wearing the correct PPE in your slides, and if the gases shown in the slides, acetylene in a red hydrogen cylinder? Oxygen in a blue cylinder? etc perhaps you may have scored higher. But my issue was with the second question was too vague, who requires a special RA? members of the public and the disabled both require special consideration within a risk assessment, after toing and throwing between the two, I plumed for the public and lost a mark... As I say, not a good question.

With a team of 5 engineers doing 16 of the modules we have found that the content is to long and repeats in several modules.

Hello, Thank you for your review and your feedback, we really appreciate it! I’m sorry to hear that you felt the course was too long. We repeat some of the course information to ensure that the learners are taking in the important information, however I will feed this back to our content team to have a look into. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! Congratulations to your Engineers on completing their training! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best! Nicola, (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Hi Matthew, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear there were problems with the audio in your course, I can imagine that was very frustrating! The audio can lag sometimes due to internet connection problems, but I will forward your feedback onto our developers to see what could have been the cause of this! Course was good but some of the multiple choice questions had more than one answer, which isn't a very valid form of assessment e.g. pulses are a good source of iron, dairy foods are high in saturated fat...
