“ Disgusted with there customer service. Highly disappointed.. Delayed delivery, returns cancellation and refund policies are pathetic. Got the wrong delivery center address so couldn't do d self pick up. Nobody from the HnM or delivery partner could give me the exact status of my parcel. And 24hrs deadline to revert kept on extending to almost forever but no solution. ”
