“ My order of a pack of 5 briefs was delivered wrongly as a single brief. Customer service promised a proportional refund but I received only about a half refund which is totally dishonest. Totally useless customer service. ”

“ Dreadful company, the sooner they go bust the better, if you want your paid for items quickly then this company isn’t for you, I’m still waiting for mine that have got lost in the system, and this is over 2 weeks, they use evri courier service which are just as bad as them!! H and M have taken my money though. Your unable to speak to anybody and the so called chat bot system is a complete farce,I will never order from them again. ”
