not made for women 40 plus. quality has gone downhill styling has been off for a long time - too floral. too much capped and sleeves items. lack of casual knee length skirts. Always always fail on next day delivery Hobbs used to be my first go to. Now i avoid. Only used it as remembered i had a voucher

Ordered a new dress paid for next day delivery within time span, four days later no comment no dress, poor service.

Lovely colours and leather. Pics accurate. Delivery not good was given a date which came and went after a few day said would be delivered next day which came went then was delivered 8am following day. Didn't bring the door bell. Left by side door.

Packaging a nightmare box was battered and not secure. It's all very well trying not to use plastic but the paper and box Packaging always comes undone before you get the package. Doesn't do well in the wet.

Usually faultless but this time on line purchase automatically logged a delivery day based on previous order with Apple Pay I called customer service they were unable to change ( very cross as missed special event) so beware of delivery before paying!!

I was very disappointed with the packaging the dress was sent in the paper bag had a rip in it and the dress was screwed up and very creased

Requested next day delivery and paid extra but it took longer to arrive. They did refund the postage but that is not the point! Expect better from Hobbs. Evri not a reliable courier

Over the years I and my many friends and daughters have bought from Hobbs because the designs, colours, fit and overall quality has been of a high standard which sadly seems to be disappearing with others. This item was bought using a £20 gift voucher for my birthday, I was twice reminded to use. The voucher to be used on ANY FULL PRICE ITEM. It was. Hobbs have charged the full amount and declined the Voucher the item which was be donated to the Prizes for a Charity competition at my club. In early July I had to return a skirt and chase hard to get a refund, finally in Sept it came. Discussing at the club I find this is not something rare. One professional lady whose items never arrived despite evidence from the courier lost in transit you ignored. Others have been put off and remain hresitant. Ordering on line, hit and miss if you get a returns label, there was non with this necklacel I was 'about' to order a coat but decided, too risky. Having spent spent time in HR myself I would be looking at staff, I would be concerned. It is sad to see what we always found to be a good organisation deteriorating . My fellow members hearing of the situation described it as a 'scam' my comment to them decide as you will, but beware.
