This blouse is a beautiful colour BUT I am so disappointed with the quality. It arrived in such a bad condition, looking as though it had been screwed up into a ball as it was so creased. After ironing, I wore it to a dinner dance but as soon as I sat down it creased so badly I was embarrassed to get up and dance. It spoiled my evening. This was an expensive blouse but as I have worn it I cannot return it. This is a total waste of money and I am very disappointed in Hobbs quality.

I ordered a size 14, the blouse was more a size 18 ( Obviously sized wrong) as this was hobbs fault I don't think i should have to pay for returning it Regards Patricia Palmer

I literally have just bought this blouse for my holiday which I am still enjoying ! The collar on the blouse has not been fitted properly and it pulls to one side . I don't expect this problem from Hobbs clothing so when I get home in one weeks time I will expect a refund from you it's absolutely terrible !

The dress looks classy and good quality in the photo, however in real life it does not. The dress has severals pulls in the fabric and the fabric is very flimsy. Good sizing by the look of it.

Have only discovered Hobbs in the last couple of years. I always believed you to be expensive but actually you are not. Mostly good quality garments, and I have been pleased with all my purchases except the puffer jacket. Some of the garments seem a little old fashioned.

The dress itself is nice but it arrived in a plastic bag with deep creases in it, which takes away from the dress. I was most disappointed and didn't expect a dress from Hobbs at that price to arrive in the condition it did!

I was very disappointed with Hobbs this time. The order was delivered in a very bad condition and I had to return it in the box , took it straight to the store. Evri was their courier and hope they don’t choose them to deliver again. Had seen the chat in the store and tried it the problem is that it was not petite so the shoulders and the sleeves and general body is not a good fit and spending on a tailor each time is very expensive. Wish they would make some more coats in petite .

I paid extra for chosen delivery day, this was not adhered to, parcel left in full view on the door step of an unoccupied house in the pouring rain, I have taken photos of the parcel, it was like papier-mâché, a kind neighbour saw it and brought took it in the next day. I am appalled at the service of a £150 dress, I emailed but just received a standard fob off reply, should I not get any satisfaction to this I will be contacting your CEO with photos, I love the dress but have not yet decided whether to keep it as this experience has ruined my love of the brand.

Hobbs service stated next day delivery before 8pm and ordered next day delivery extra cost and gift box. Ordered at 7.45pm but didn't get next day delivery, it came the following day.

Had a problem with delivery and found it impossible to contact customer service. I eventually got in touch through WhatsApp. The person who I was in contact with was very helpful. I had too reorder the coat and pay again which wasn’t ideal

Normally I have had a good experience with Hobbs but in this occasion my experience was poor. I ordered this dress for collection in store. Never received any indication of this having been dispatched. I waited a fortnight. I then went into the store to ask about this and when this was checked it transpired that it had been delivered to the store the day after order placed but no one had entered it into the system. Very poor service.
