These were not as expected. I wear size 6 and the capri pants were too loose at hips and thighs and were not stylish at all. Sorry to say I was very disappointed as have purchased other Hobbs items without problems.

I was very disappointed at Hobbs Customer Care recently, but it was all sorted by Debbie, the Horsham store manager. She resolved all problems caused by Hobbs immediately. I really appreciated her capability as well as a shop there in Horsham. Without her help, honestly I was going to stop purchasing any clothes from Hobbs. I think that she should be recognised.

Delivery was very quick and without any issues. Unfortunately the jumper quality was not great and it even had a small hole in one of the sleeves. Also the colour was much darker than on the website. In the end I had to return the item. This was now over a week ago, but I have not heard anything from Hobbs or got a refund promised. Not sure, if I would feel confident to order again from Hobbs which is unfortunate, as I normally like their clothes.

I researched the sizing of UK shoes and ordered the appropriate size. However somewhere along the line the shoe size was converted to Australian size and therefore the wrong ones were sent. I am extremely disappointed as the boots were just what I wanted. Additionally I believe I have to pay for the return to UK

I ordered this with matching shoes for my mother of the bride outfit. Love both items. Very disappointed that the very next day the items were reduced in price greatly. Too much hassle to return and repurchase. Not good!

I ordered the blue top but didn’t like the texture of the material so returned it in store. I used a birthday code to buy it online but when I returned it and tried to buy something else, the code showed ‘already redeemed’ and despite emailing the company over a week ago, I have heard nothing from them so I’m very disappointed with their customer service!
