“Lovely shop lovely staff very helpful. My only criticism is that you don’t seem to stop sizes 20 and 22 in store. This makes it a bit tedious because I have to order online to collect in store so that I can try on the clothes in the shop and then take home the ones that I like it would be much nicer not to have to upfront the purchase price and then get a refund. I think I would probably be more likely to buy things if you have them in store and I could try them on there and then. Please do think of us larger ladies we’d like to look stylish too!”

“Incredibly difficult to deal with . Despite numerous emails, live chats , telephone calls etc etc . You have just taken my money and failed to deliver my goods I am contacting citizens advice and my credit card company So very disappointed.”
