I was very disappointed with Hobbs this time. The order was delivered in a very bad condition and I had to return it in the box , took it straight to the store. Evri was their courier and hope they don’t choose them to deliver again. Had seen the chat in the store and tried it the problem is that it was not petite so the shoulders and the sleeves and general body is not a good fit and spending on a tailor each time is very expensive. Wish they would make some more coats in petite .

The clothing is very good quality. However, I ordered a coat in my normal Hobbs size and it was too big. I returned it. It was delivered to Hobbs 8 days ago and ive heard nothing. I went on to contact but apparently I have to wait 14 working days before I can chase the refund! All other companies I deal with online at least acknowledge and are much better at handling refunds. Will make me think twice about ordering again.

I just love how helpful and friendly the staff in Hobbs are. I needed to return x2 items I bought online. This was absolutely no problem. I then picked a replacement item up from an online order, again no problem, brilliant service thanks. I then bought another item and used a discount code to receive 15% off. Staff were kind and even let me try the items on to check they matched my existing jacket. Fantastic service as always. Much appreciated. Will be back.

Absolutely gorgeous coat. It's a present for my sister for Christmas so I'm not sure if the fit is ok for her yet. If not I may keep the coat for myself, only time will tell ask me in 7 days time.

Nothing wrong with product. It is very good . Unfortunately the delivery is not good.We live in a rural area and we need people to deliver who know the area because we have no street names and no street lighting. I am afraid Evri's service is very poor when they rely on temporary couriers who do not know the area and the some of the time slots are allocated when it is dark and finding properties is very difficult. I believe that Hobbs being a firm promoting luxury should use a more professional courier service.

I paid extra for chosen delivery day, this was not adhered to, parcel left in full view on the door step of an unoccupied house in the pouring rain, I have taken photos of the parcel, it was like papier-mâché, a kind neighbour saw it and brought took it in the next day. I am appalled at the service of a £150 dress, I emailed but just received a standard fob off reply, should I not get any satisfaction to this I will be contacting your CEO with photos, I love the dress but have not yet decided whether to keep it as this experience has ruined my love of the brand.
