V slow to acknowledge returns., and even slower to refund. Disappointing- other websites can do it far far quicker!

Delivery takes too long in comparison to other retailers , still not had a tracking number over a week since purchased.

Hobbs dresses are usually very good and I have been satisfied with quality and fit in the past. This dress was an exception in its very poor fit and style particularly the neckline.

I’ve had a very poor experience from start to finish. Ordering process was rubbish with many complications. I asked customer service for help and they all gave mismatch information. After a few weeks of email ping pong I finally managed to order. And now the order is missing and has never arrived. Back to email ping pong again now. Total sham! The website doesn’t work either. 404 error to track your order. Sizes and information on garments are all wrong. Total lack of care for customers.

As a luxury brand, you should be producing shoes that reflect the price point. People pay high prices partially for comfort, and that seems to be lacking. When customers complain about the comfort of shoes, you should take that into consideration as a luxury brand and try to compensate for it.

I would have loved the dress but was sent a size 18 instead of an 8. To make matters worse there was no return label included in the package AND to finish customer services are only available from 9am - 1pm - not good customer service. So disappointing when over the years I have bought many things from Hobbs
