Applied for a job. Had all the qualifications and good references but the interview even admitted they weren't going to check references. Hoping they would, I wanted to give an updated phone number. The ONLY employees they hired are Black and White. Racist fake "Christian" company. Had they hired me, I would've also been a customer but refusing to hire employees who know crafts, they lost out on a lot of other potential customers too.

Webster hobby lobby fabric department especially, the worst customer service ever. Always rude, will not help and proud to say they will not help with anything.most cashiers are rude and miserable.

What has happened to my favorite craft place? Full of useless kitchen items. I haven't shopped here in several months. I was really disappointed to see what this store has become

We just got a new Store in Middlesboro KY was do excited for it But there are 2 managers there that should not be in this type of work. One is a man I only know his name as Aaron cause I saw it on his name tag. Very rude not only to customers but the way he talks to the other employees. I was in a isle next to him and he was talking to a young man in the most hateful manner whe I walked around he shut up and acted so nice like nothing was happening but the look on the young mans face broke my heart. That's so wrong. And then a lady who apparently is also a manager when i ask for help finding something she just more or less ignored me and I ask again and she said she would find someone to help me but never returned. Then when I did check out both of these managers were up front just laughing having a good time. I won't go back there I will go to Morristown tho it is a drive for me. Poor attitudes in this store will ruin its business and most have been going to Tennessee before this one came so better change the attitudes.

I went to pick up a custom frame picture at your Madison, MS store 6/26/24. I walked by a sales person in the framing department she wasn't friendly at all; never looked at me and never spoke. She is in full view of the framing desk and saw me standing there. I range the bell and she kept rearranging something on a shelf. About 2-3 minutes an employee from the arts & craft section asked if I was waited on yet and did I ring the bell. She paged out that customer needed help in framing and the employee that ignored me still ignored her page. NOT a friendly store.

Items are scarce; ordering on line gets pricey due to having to purchase more for free shipping! Store personnel are not very knowledgeable and not very willing to help. Sale items are mixed with full price items. Very disappointed with the overall shopping experience. I won’t be returning; many other stores that are more organized and actually have products available.

I was followed around the store by the manager of this store which made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I do understand it is his job to make sure all merchandise is paid for, but to be so obvious was insulting! He and I were of the store then we were in the front of the store. I could see him looking from behind the isle shelves and when I made eye contact he looked away and walked ahead of me. So needless to say I will not be coming back to any Hobby Lobby which is sad because it is my favorite up until now!

I ordered some trays at Hobby Lobby and had them delivered as my husband was having surgery. I got an email saying the trays were delivered but they were no where to be found. We cashed FedEx who said it was a cheap delivery service and they could not help us. So we called the store. I talked with the manager who while being very polite told me there was nothing he could do but would deliver my complaint to corporate office. I’ve yet to hear from them. So they lost my package and there is no recourse. No more shopping at Hobby Lobby for me. I’m just out of luck. They don’t care. By the way, I received a photo from FedEx of the WRONG house as evidence IT was delivered.

Not thrilled with the cost of delivery and then you send it through the nirmal post office. Where I live, the mail man doesn’t deliver packed only ups and fedex. Without a car, I have to find a way for a disabled person to get to the post office. You’re charging enough for delivery that you can use fedex and ups. I’m not ordering anything else.

I went to the Jackson, TN store to purchase a large size box and wrapping paper. ONE checkout was open and there were 6 customers ahead of me. I waited in line for 15 minutes and spoke to the manager who was just taking up space, to say "You have one register open and this is Saturday when a lot of people are out shopping and if I could find the items I need somewhere else, I would not be in this store". I have been reading your reviews. Can you not see how many complaints you have about only one checkout line open? OPEN YOUR EYES.

I was charge full price for a clearance item and when I told them they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Now I have to bring the item in with the receipt to prove that it was on sale. I got no Apology or any compensation for my time and gas.

I went into Hobby Lobby today and picked up a frame and a wind chime. As I am walking away from the register after purchasing the wind chime literally breaks and part of it falls on the floor. So I kind of laughed and said to the two women at the register (one checking people out the other, literally just standing there) "Well, I'm definitely going to return that.." and then she says (the one doing nothing and just standing there) "its not really broken.."(it had screw hooks and the screw hook had fallen out...probably because the hole was too wide) . Then I said (nicely, keep in mind) well it's clearly kind of flimsy so I would rather return it. And then she just looks at me and said..."well, you're going to have to get in the back of the line". At this point 10 people were in line. I said "are you serious?" because in my mind...why wouldn't you just see what happened (be an employee doing absolutely nothing with your time) and just say, I'll take you to the other register so you can return that no problem. Then the woman ringing out says...yup..you have to go to the end of the line. So I start walking back there and then was like...nope. I turned around...put it down and said "you keep it" and walked out. I ended up calling the manager, telling him what happened and he had me come back so he could refund me for the item. He was very nice, but I will never go back there. I don't need to see those two employees of the month any time soon. I have worked in customer service a bunch and as a waitress, teacher...this just isn't how you treat people. Period.

I was with friends buying wooden boxes. There’s was $12 and mine was $26. And I went to the back to see if they had more of the $12 boxes because I don’t want to pay $26 for a WOODEN BOX, and they said they didn’t have any which they totally did. This box had an ugly wierd metal handle and had no color and was smaller. And it was 14$ more.

So I usually go to a different store for my art supplies, but I was visiting a friend and decided to check out the Hobby Lobby in her town of Mt Dora. We each had an arm full of things we were going to buy and made our way up to the cash registers. To our surprise there was only 1 register open even though there was 3 people in line ahead of us and one behind us. Three other workers were around the registers stocking. No one said anything as we stood there waiting. Finally we put our things down and left. What has happened to customer service? I’ll stick with Micheal’s.

3/22/24 I was in the Paris Store today I was headed to check out one of the store clerks yelled that another lane was opening up for everyone to hear I was heading right there to the lane that was opening up I was literally right there all I had to do was put my items on the counter when the clerk that yelled the lane was opening she literally stopped me and said ma’am you will have to wait because I told them talking about another customer that was in the first lane they could come over the this lane. I stood there while a couple with a buggy full of items with a child that was climbing out the buggy come all the way from the first lane over two or three lanes I only had 3 small gift bows in my hand the clerk said “ sorry ma’am but that’s store policy” I then moved over to the first lane because it had no wait at that time I ask the guy clerk what was the ladies name that yell another lane was opening up he said he didn’t know her name I was very upset that i was treated that way he literally said that didn’t make any sense I started to just leave my items and walk out but I didn’t. I said it’s because I’m BLACK!! and the other customers were WHITE!!! and I was VERY VERY OFFENDED!! so before I left the store I went to the clerk to ask her what her name was she said SUSAN I was looking at her store badge not only did I see her name on her badge but she was also the Manager this happened at the Paris Tx store now I have been in retail before for several years and the way I was treated today was uncalled for and very inappropriate I told her I was going to make a online complaint and I was going to call the corporate office on Monday morning all she did was stand there with a fake “IM SORRY” I told her I’M SORRY TO!! but you will be getting a compliment online TODAY & a corporate call on MONDAY. This how Black people are treated In the Paris Store.

I went to make a return today and the store was very busy with 2 checkout cashiers. I was in the shorter line unknowingly it was not the return line. Some person in charge told me to get in the other very long line instead of just allowing me to return my item at the line I was currently in. After about a 20 minute wait in the return line, the cashier Karen G was very rude and sarcastic asking me if there was anything wrong with my return. I asked her why she needed that info because the store tags were clearly still on the merchandise. She got very snippy and went on to explain why. If I was so rude, sarcastic and snippity to my customers in my profession I would be fired. Be careful at the Hobby Lobby at 9955 Triangle Blvd Naples, FL. Very nasty people work there.
