I ordered a specific model truck from Hobby Lobby and I received a completely different item, yes it was a truck model but not at all what I wanted. This was such a waste of time for me now I have to go return the items I received and I am so disappointed that I did not get what I ordered. I never would have expected a store like this would do bait and switch to get rid of old stock in place of what you ordered, this is crazy and this is what I told them. Good afternoon I very rarely shop with your store due to all the negative reviews that I hear about, but I was given a gift card for the holidays and figured why not. First off what I don't understand is why you don't ship from a regional Warehouse like the rest of the world does, therefore there would be no reason to wait several days up to 2 weeks for something to come out of Texas that is clearly older (possibly outdated) merchandise ridiculously overpriced. Secondly, very agitated to see the item purchased and other items, that I chose to purchase somewhere else due to the price, instantly 40% off when I went online verify my package was going to make it here today. Third, and my biggest problem is every time I go on FedEx to confirm it's location.. it says that it left Texas yesterday has no update of being in my area, has no update of when it could be delivered, it doesn't even show that it's in the same state. This is not good for my business nor is it good for my customers who depend on me to deliver their wants and needs in an efficient time so therefore I will not recommend your company to any of my followers, friends, or clients until such time y'all have reorganized your shipping and delivery system. Thank you for your time hope you work out these problems and that one day I may not only be able to use your services and the materials that you sell for my items but I can promote to my people and suggest that they go to you for all their needs instead of Amazon and other places.

I purchased a craft for my nieces ages 3 and 5 years old. The craft was damaged. I tried to return it and get store credit. They wouldn’t give me either the cashier was rude and the manager was rude .

There is a rogue parking lot attendant that is taking pictures of people's license plates honking at them telling them they can't sit on the curb, that they can't park their car waiting on an elderly companion to come out who doesn't walk so well to get in the car. Despicable Behavior and Hobby Lobby does nothing to rectify this disgusting! I will no longer be shopping at any Hobby Lobby ever again. He is harassing people.

Product shipment appears to be lost. Told they won’t do anything until 5 BUSINESS DAYS without the package being scanned somewhere in the shipping process. At that point they will open an investigation to determine what happened to my shipment. The help line simply hung upon me after saying they can only follow company policy…. Period! I’m out $30 plus $10 for shipping costs…. And no Christmas gift.

Do not waste your time looking online for anything at hobby lobby if it's out of stock. That's why they're offering 60% off because you can't get it. Very disappointed. Christmas special was out of stock before Thanksgiving. Can't get it. Found one an hour and a half away in a store but couldn't purchase on the phone or have it held for me. Absolutely no response but corporate blah blah blah when I expressed my concern. Kind of a modern-day bait and switch. Save your time

Please make a check out line ONLY for returns. Even at this very busy time of year, waiting behind a line of 20, then being treated badly when l thought that l finally reached the front? More than one associate was more than unkind. I was told several different directions as to what line was even for returns. First it was one, two, and three, then l found out l waited forever for nothing. I decided to just donate the items. Your associates are obviously WAY overworked or underpaid.

Hobby Lobby sucks to begin with but now you guys want to be racist huh wow hopefully that gets you guys nowhere your stores pathetic the people who own Hobby Lobby are pathetic so pretty much you guys are saying you pick and choose who can celebrate what holidays cause you don't want to Carrie hanakusta I hope this is your downfall so if u Celebrate anything but Christmas Hobby Lobby doesn't want your businesses what they're saying allegedly but we all know what that means

Usually have friendly staff and enjoy visiting but today cashier T-1732 Amariee in Louisville Ky store #312 changed that. She was rude and very unfriendly. Makes me think twice about coming back.

They don’t record the item numbers and it is a problem when you’re returning things even with the receipt. Items on clearance are not returnable. They lost this customer.

Contacted the store and Customer Service about the Only Hobby Lobby in our area that did not order the mum supplies for our Kids high school, I mean none! When I reached out to the Store they said sorry! When I reached out to the Customer Service they said use Christmas ribbon. When they said a manager was available the send me to voice mail. So I guess I am left with writing review since they think that 2,000 Students don't need supplies for their mums. Disappointing.

There was a large display of hello kitty characters (5 shelves) with a large sign inside a holder that said 9.99. The tag did read 17.99 but they are always running great sales so I just assumed it was correct! At the register when it didn't ring up right I let the cashier know. She then called her manager who was very rude telling me I was wrong. So together we went to the display and yep sure enough a sign that says 9.99. I asked her would they honor it since they were clearly in the wrong and she said no! Maybe if she would have been a little nicer about it I wouldn't be writing this review!!

Placed an order online of a total of 12 items. I received one of the 12 items. Tried to look online for information about the remaining items in my order. No information. Emailed customer service for order status. No response. I guess if I can't find the items in store than I just don't buy at all

Absolutely terrible business. They were willing to sacrifice their entire company for their very bigoted beliefs. GOD is a MYTH! There is ZERO evidence that jesus existed and when you die it's completely over. Accept it!

At one time Hobby Lobby was a very good craft store. Then you guys started to mess everything up so bad. PEOPLE THIS IS CRAFT STORE, NOT A HOME DECOR STORE OR SMALL APPLIANCE STORE OR A SHEET AND BLANKET STORE!!! YOU HAVE DONE AWAY WITH SO MUCH OF CRAFT ITEMS! YOU HAVE NARROWED FABRIC SELECTION CROCHET/KNITTING ITEMS (YARNS AND ASSORTMENTS)! ALSO ALL OF THE "CRAFT ITEMS" HAS SUFFERED. There is Walmarts for sheets and blankets and small appliances and cook wear! There speciality store for wall hangings and glass doo-dads. The specialty shops are CHEAPER than you and better qualities! Get your heads on straight and quit cutting back on the craft depth! Cut out all these home decor crud, appliances (toasters, pop corn poppers and ect) my friends and I don't need that crud. We want our craft items back! I probably wrote this and this corporation won't even read it. This allowed me vent just a little.bit! We just want our craft items and our yarn and fabric depth back the way that they use yo be!

This was my last visit to Hobby Lobby! I'll shop stores where friendly helpful professionals work in the future. I have been shopping there every few months to buy artificial flowers to change out for my mother's vase at the cemetery. I bought $65 worth of flowers today and when I got to the register, the woman stopped, asked another man in a separate line to come get in front of me??? She told him he'd been in that line longer. Ok. Just dumb since I was obviously in front of him in my line. No big deal. But what was a big deal was that I asked for several extra plastic bags. I explained that the funeral director had taught me that the flowers stay in the vase at the headstone better if you wrap them in plastic bags with rubber bands around them. They don't blow away with wind or rain. The cashier said how many? I said 4-5, please. She said I'll have to ask... so she asks another woman standing around talking to yet a third woman. The second woman said: how many do you want? The second woman turned to the third woman and asked her if she could give me extra plastic bags. The third woman said no. She explained that the company would not allow it. I bought 7 pieces of flowers and gift wrap and was given 2 bags. Lady 3 said Hobby Lobby won't even let their employees take extra paper at the desk. I looked at them all for what it seemed: dumb, dumber and dumbest! I left as two pieces of paper blew to the floor as the door automatically opened. I suggest shopping at WalMart and/ or Harris Teeter, both places that happily gave me an extra handful of plastic bags. There are good people working in good companies. Hobby Lobby is NOT one of them!

Bought an item from hobby lobby about a month and a half ago for my husband it was the leather pair of moccasins that you can custom make yourself I grabbed the wrong size and didn't realize it. Brought it back to the store to exchange it for a smaller size and come to find out they discontinued the product so I told the lady that was standing up front doing absolutely nothing besides walking back and forth and she told me to stand in line and either the first or second lane both lines were long and ended up standing there about 20 minutes before I even got waited on. Explain to the cashier that I went to find a smaller pair and they did not have any also spoke to workers that was one aisle overstocking the shelf she pulled it up on her little computer tablet. Come to find out they just continued the item I explained that to the cashier when I got to the front the cashier called the manager over and the manager told them just to do a store credit so is the cashier was getting ready to do the store credit he walks back over and says oh also take 75% off of that so the item that I purchased for $35.99 not including tax just got knocked down 75% off so the cashier tells me that they were going to put it on a card for store credit then turns around and tells me that she can't do a store credit because it's not that much my refund for I don't that I paid $35.99 plus tax for I got back $9 and 50 cents does anybody see how that's fair? Is that my problem that it was discontinued they couldn't even find it in their system my husband called corporate corporate pulled it up corporate scene that it was $35.99 corporate also said that for something like that they will give you the lowest price they were selling them for before it was discontinued in corporate said that was $35.99 so corporate had called the store and for them being so religious and for being a religious company they lie because they told corporate that it came up in the system as 75% off when we were standing right there and they said they could not find it in their system but corporate could and corporate seen that it was $35.99 very disappointed with hobby lobbying being that I shop there a lot goodbye hobby lobby hello Michaels
