“Although our Holiday was pretty good, the cost is really too high. The increases this year are more than inflation by quite a lot. The place we stayed at is also not getting full bookings, which also suggests the cost is too high. Many times I see the week is not taken but the amount requested is barely 10 % lower. You need tp understand 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. It also would be good if there was a Loyalty scheme.....ie if I return to a cottage again at a later date, I should get a better price.”

“Booking was easy and simple to make. Langdon House was a splendid cottage; it better than described, extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Excellent, very helpful communications from the cottage owner. Very highly recommended.”

“A really beautiful cottage with every detail thought of, very comfy super king size bed, great location and with in good distance to walk to the beach if you like a walk our 2 dogs loved the holiday as much as us”

“Swallows Nest was a lovely venue in a pleasant and relaxing environment. It was scrupulously clean and well equipped. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite. The only suggestion I will make is that I am disabled and a few very small adjustments would make this an ideal venue for someone with disabilities, or elderly, ie. rails in the shower and by the toilet and a bit higher but more comfortable chairs in the sitting room as the settees were quite low.”

“Booking with holiday cottages efficient. Unfortunately misinformation about the cottage, it stated parking for small car, or plenty of parking opposite, when we arrived scaffolding front and back of cottage, with no parking either in front or opposite. If u were able to park in front of the house, you would have to mount the pavement and only suitable for a smart car! Parking opposite was haphazard. Cottage was on a hill, so difficult if you had a pushchair, or walking difficulties. However, well equipped inside, with a very small courtyard, which unfortunately had the scaffolding! Charmouth lovely area to visit.”

“Olive cottage on Lower Treluswell Farm, Penryn, Cornwall was just about perfect for our requirements for a one week stay near our daughter. We were very happy with the location, and the cottage had practically all of the things we needed. It was nice and quiet with a nice little garden/ sitting out area and had good parking facilities and easy access to both Falmouth and Truro. We have stayed in several places in the area but this was easily the best and we will definitely go back if we get the chance. Our hosts were very pleasant and talked to us on a couple of occasions but were by no means obtrusive. We felt that the accommodation offered good value for money.”
