“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Knowhead View and couldn't have asked for better. Whilst the cottage was fabulous, I was less impressed with Holiday Cottages. I wrongly selected the wrong dates for the holiday. My actual dates were available at the time and when I asked for them to be amended I was quoted a £70 amendment charge. I do realise that the initial error was my own fault I thought this was extreme charge for the click of a few buttons. Needless to say I left my dates as they were. I thought this was probably not in the owners best interest as amending my dates would have given them a full week to offer to someone else instead of leaving them with a split week. Very excessive charges for very little work. This will not put me off using your services again, but it will probably make me wary.”

“We had a fabulous week at Cilrhedyn, this Bungalow is really lovely, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area is modern, spacious and very well equipped. The living area is very cosy, light and welcoming after a long day. The location is perfect very close to Saundersfoot town centre. The private garden is dog friendly and has lovely views of surrounding countryside, it also a lovely hot tub. The welcome pack on arrival was a very nice gesture, homemade welshcakes and shortbread were a delicious treat and not forgetting the bottle of Proseco, it went down a treat. We would highly recommend Cilrhedyn, we will definitely be returning.”

“It was a lovely little cottage with a very generous welcome pack , friendly host and gorgeous dog who visited us every day. We found the 2 mile very narrow road leading to the cottage a bit problematic at times but worth the effort for the beautiful location.”

“Location was main reason for booking this property and it didn’t disappoint on that score. The amenities were a little disappointing - nothing, not even a tea bag or coffee sachet to get you settled in. It was clean and well located, although decor and curtains/blinds looked tired and overdue a refresh. Felt like a property which is only there for its rental income, not because someone is invested in guests having a lovely time!”

“It was a lovely property… well positioned and very quiet… perfect with outside grasses area for a dog .. good facilities and the pool was great after a day out walking .. downside the lighting at night are too bright and shines into the windows… need black out blinds and curtains”

“Our "cabin" was over and above our expectations, close enough to local amenities without being in a noisy place. Ease to travel out for sightseeing, & comfortable enough to relax in evenings. We'll done to Holiday Cottages. Co.uk. ps we are in our 80s,so really appreciated the stay.”

“We had a lovely week. The cottage is in a perfect location for walks along the dunes and the beach. It is close to the shop, the fish and chip shop ... and the pub! What more could you ask for! It is a warm, inviting, comfy, and well stocked cottage, without being cluttered. Would definitely go back.”
