“Website needs a lot of attention. Many properties advertised as ‘New’ are not, added in the last 2 months. Have informed Holiday Cottages several times! Also descriptions of properties are not 100%”

“This is an ideal hideaway for those who want peace and quiet in a beautiful nature location. We had both wet and dry weather and when the weather is inclement, there is a swimming pool and spa included at the nearby farm.”

“The owner had thought of everything! Needs a little tlc ( bathroom & front door). Great location but parking definitely an issue. Fabulous bed’s & bedding… nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. I would stay again. Lovely area of Norfolk too!”

“Horsemore Lodge was about 2 miles from a main road, surrounded by hills and sheep. The lodge was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room and comfortable, everything you needed was there. The garden is enclosed by two gates however their is a low wall at the side of the gates, bear in mind if your dog(s) jump. The bonus of the pool table and darts board in the garage was great when it rained. Ideal location for the north lakes and travelling further afield.”

“We always find beautifully furnished with lovely Owners who care about us enjoying our stay. At Hilltop 4, the Owners were very accommodating of our late arrival, due to the death of our dog and hour before we left home.”

“My wife and I stayed in Platinum 3 for 2 seems from 12/9/25 to 26/9/25. We had a wonderful time, the lodge was spotless, very comfortable and very well equipped. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed some great walks with the dog in the surrounding area. The hot tub was very welcome to sooth the aches and pains after a day's walking! We would be makes than happy to return in the future, as would Kodie the dog.”

“We have stayed at Cowries before and again this September. Because of the size there were seven 0f us and two doggies everyone thoroughly enjoyed the week, whilst is was a sad occasion in some ways because my son had recently died and we were able to scatter his ashes to join my late husband his father. Now though we are going to book another week September 2026 and this time bringing my great grand daughter who is due on 5th November happy memories this time”

“It was a great weekend, apart from the weather. It rained & blew a gale every day apart from our last day, which was stunning. We ate, drank, read, watched TV & Played cards. Flat is lovely with great views of the beach & very rough seas. Shame it's so far away from Somerset otherwise we would return.”
