“On our initial arrival, the Nest felt cold and damp, the bathroom left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness, my husband scrubbed out the shower tray and runners for the glass doors. Unfortunately, I had a bad fall on the Sunday after our Friday arrival, ribs badly bruised made it impossible to sit in the very low furniture, or lay on the equally low bed. We did request easy access as I have mobility issues, the very steep steps from the road to the access path were horrendous and really should have been mentioned. In fact the steps from the access path to the Nest were only mentioned briefly. The problem of trying to use the furniture became impossible, the only chair that I could sit on was a wicker chair from the bedroom. Consequently we had to return home later Sunday afternoon. Our holiday ended before the weekend. No compensation was offered, so all in all it was an extremely expensive two day break.”

“Second time we have stayed at this property and very happy to be there twice this year. Took the opportunity to house hunt for our final home and, fingers crossed, looks like we have been successful. Good pre information, directions and access to the property. Welcomed our 2 small dogs 🙂 Well equipped and very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended. Thank you - Alana & Jim”

“Company communication excellent. Bungalow was lovely but had issues, such as ensuite toilet smelling all week, floor tile sticking up near toilet with loose grouting, air vent cover broken in main bedroom so wind screamed through it and shower tray almost overflowing as outside drain blocked. Left good review, pointed out the issues to owner in message, very politely and saying we loved the bungalow, just thar the issues needed addressing but he didn't even reply.”
