“Can’t express how happy I am with the service I have received from start to finish. All my details were discussed beforehand, all my questions were answered, and received excellent advice on what pool table to order. Ordering process was very easy to do, received further instructions promptly and the 2 delivery lads were excellent and very helpful.”

“From start to finish the people at Home Leisure have been great. Rob talked me through the purchase and guided me on necessary and optional accessories. He kept me up to speed with delivery dates. When it came to deliver Phil was in touch and set the table up without much effort at all. A very happy customer.”

“We absolutely love our new Signature Warwick pool dining table. It looks and plays fantastic. We've been extremely satisfied and impressed with the service offered by Home Leisure Direct. From the moment we emailed to book an appointment at their extremely impressive and mesmerising showroom, to the guys installing it, the process has been clear, friendly, obliging and efficient. Our sales executive Rob Amos was a genuinely nice guy, knowledgeable, helpful and so so impressive with his aftercare sales service. He's been patient and able to answer and solve any of our questions. The warehouse and delivery staff were great, thank goodness we opted for installation, trust me, having watched them install it, it'd be a false economy to attempt it yourself. The warehouse team kept us updated on the delivery details and when Neil & Aaron arrived, they were efficient, patient and friendly, could not fault them. And now we have an amazing pool dining room table, our boys have spent less screen time and more family together time, laughing and enjoying playing snooker and pool! We would 100% recommend Home Leisure Direct.”

“I ordered the 3-in one pool table online and received regular messages and updates as to when my delivery was going to be, and the delivery requirements, as its very heavy.! I was concerned about building it up, but when i called i was told it is very easy, and it was. Clear instructions were provided. Unfortunately, some screws were missing but i was easily able to make contact, and replacement screws were sent without an issue. Overall, great service from a small friendly team, who couldnt do enough to help.”

“We bought a fantastic pool table from this company and have had great service throughout. We visited their showroom near Bristol and received helpful, relaxed personal attention to help us make the right choices for us. Being able to see all the tables in the showroom was essential to work out what we really needed - we would definitely have bought the wrong thing if we'd bought blind. Delivery of our table was very straightforward. Neil and Aaron arrived exactly when scheduled and set to work straight away constructing and setting up our table. They were highly competent, but also nice guys who were easy to have around! They made sure to give us a full explanation of how to look after the table long-term (yes guys, we are still brushing the dust into the pockets before hoovering it away!!). We had a slight issue with 2 cues, but Home Leisure Direct immediately set about sorting that out (even though we took ages to let them know). Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!”

“Great service from start to finish, Charlie found me a table in the colour combination we had been looking for and held the delivery for a couple of weeks until we were ready to take delivery. Installation team were great and kept updated on timing, great quality table very happy, thanks Charlie”

“We bought a Sound Leisure CD jukebox and a Stern 007 pinball after a really helpful and informative visit to Home Leisure’s Bristol showrooms (if you’re remotely in the area, definitely worth the trip). We’ve been delighted with both - Home Leisure delivery and installation services have been fantastic. Highly recommended.”
