Ordered fire pit, cover and green fire glass. Received fire pit in good time, 2 days later the cover and fire glass missed delivery date. Called up and was told fire glass would arrive in 2 days and I’d receive email. Never received email or fire glass when I called again I was told the item was in the hands of ups. I called ups and they said they never received package. When I made additional call to Home Depot I was told well the package was most likely lost and they would refund me, I asked for any compensation and they said no. When I told them I was going to write negative review they said basically do what you gotta do!

I have been trying to get a quote for my cabinets for over 3 weeks. The cabinets are ready to be installed but I'm still waiting on an install quote. This is at the HD in Bradenton Florida on Cortez.

I purchased a frigidaire 20 cu ft refrigerator from Home Depot. The salesman was the only positive part of this whole fiasco. I stressed I needed this delivered as soon as possible. The best they could do was 4 days later. I received a text stating my delivery date was changed to 8 days later. "So sorry" I called the store and was told this is a delivery issue. I called the delivery service and was told sorry, but there's no one to deliver sooner. In what world is this kind of bait and switch service acceptable? I thought Home Depot was better than this....wrong wrong. Cancel my order and spread the word that Home Depot sucks!! A former loyal Home depot customer

I would like to share my recent experience with Glen in the Paint Department at Home Depot in Biloxi. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was very disappointing. Glen was neither helpful nor attentive, and his attitude came across as dismissive rather than supportive. When I shop at Home Depot, I expect to be treated with courtesy and to receive guidance when needed, especially in a department as important as paint. However, my interaction with Glen was so poor that I ultimately left the store and went to Lowe’s, where I was provided with proper assistance and respectful service. Customer service is a vital part of any shopping experience, and I hope Home Depot addresses this issue so that future customers don’t encounter the same treatment.

Home Depot in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Went to tool department in hardware . Was assisted by a man named Darrell. He was very rude and belittled my husband when he asked about a nail gun. When he asked about the tool , he kept pointing and actually hitting the information sign saying it’s right there. . He acted like my husband was dumb. He walked us to the register with the tool we purchased and was rude all the way there. My husband has been in construction business for 50 years. Worst customer service we have ever had .

Home Depot as girly gone down in the last year or two whenever I have deliveries done they're always wrong. The wood I have for projects that is delivered is twisted and non-usable, and they will not take back anything without a receipt, also had a 5 gallon bucket of paint delivered that was the wrong color they did not take it back and would not give a refund. I recommend if you want to get better products and better customer service to go always go to Lowe's.

Our experience with Temco has been nothing short of awful. They were contracted to deliver our appliances from Home Depot, and the process has been a disaster from start to finish. Deliveries have been delayed over and over again, with no communication or accountability. Most recently, they showed up without the dryer we had purchased — the delivery team admitted it wasn’t even on the truck. At this point, it feels like they outright lost our appliance. Meanwhile, we’ve had to go weeks without essential items we paid thousands of dollars for. The constant rescheduling, broken promises, and complete lack of reliability have been exhausting and costly. We’ve wasted time off work waiting at home for deliveries that never showed up, and we’re still without what we ordered. If you see Temco is handling your delivery, be prepared for endless delays, poor service, and zero accountability. They have been incompetent at every step, and customers deserve far better.

Home Depot failed to deliver my Washer and Dryer w/Pedistools in a timely fashion. They said that they attempted to deliver it twice on that day. The first time I called them to report that we had been home all day patiently awaiting our delivery. The second time was BC I called to have them turn around and redeliver. I was told I would get a call when they were back. I received no call. Now they say they can't deliver it till the 20th of Sept. I purchased these appliances out of need not want and this is unacceptable. I am at the point of cancelling my order and purchasing somewhere else. I will never be purchasing anything from Home Depot again and will be informing everyone I know and even those I don't (Social Media) to be advised if not rectified.

Many items HD sells are garbage! they know this but still sell it to people. over the past 2 years HD as a company has gone downhill in a rapid rate. we're in Fl any store we go to is a time waster because it takes 20 min to check out. H in the PAST was a good store both on-line and going to their stores in person. stay away from on-line orders with HD you will place an order and 2 days later you get an email telling you what you ordered is either back-ordered, no longer in stock and or half the shipment was sent, and they will e-mail you when the rest of your order ships out. HD has become very dis-organized. and they don't care. not the same shopping experience it once was.

We ordered a NEW dishwasher from Home Depot. The appliance package was delivered on time. However, the kitchen remodel schedule was delayed and it was a couple of months before the plumber was ready to install the dishwasher. Ot was not opened until he was going to install it. The third (the highest) rack was broken. The return window was 48 hours. We were instructed to contact Samsung. That went absolutely nowhere. We decided to attempt to replace the broken part our selves. According to several different websites that claim to carry genuine OEM parts the model number of our dishwasher does not exist. The dishwasher will function without that rack so we decided to use it as is. WRONG. There was no installation or user manuals. I located them on line and found that there were several parts missing and several other parts that were not functional. The machine is scuffed and dirty. We believe that the machine must have been at least partially installed and then returned to Home Depot. Home Depot then sold us the NEW DISHWASHER. Lesson learned ... Do Not buy major appliances from Home Depot unless you open and inspect everything immediately and are capable of returning this very large item to the store.

Sorry, not our problem. It’s very important for people considering purchasing a large appliance from Home Depot that they use independent contractors, and if anything is damaged in your home, Home Depot says, “Sorry, not our problem.”

ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER OWN A FULL SERVICE FOOD TRAILER AND WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE A GENERATOR AND WE DID FROM HOME DEPOT. WELL THEY FAILED TO TELL US WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR GENERATOR A DURO STAR TRI FUEL DS13000MXT. WE DID NOT KNOW IT WAS NOT ENOUGH RUNNING POWER FOR OUR FOOD TRAILER. THEY DIDNT TELL US THERE WAS ONLY A SEVEN DAY RETURN. SO THEN WE ORDERED A NEW ONE THROUGH A HOME DEPOT CARD AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT HONOR IT. NOW WE ARE STUCK HAVING TO SELL IT. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS THEY SHOULD OF PUT IT IN WRITING SO WE COULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK BEFORE THE TIME.

I am totally discusted with Home Depot false promisses to deliver items over night when they know it will be two to three days. They falsely bait you and fail to deliver as promised. Buyer Be Ware!

The AI wrongfully removes my accurate and polite comments. Here is my comment to post: This is not capitalism, but instead a racket: this is how HD CEO "earns" his 15 million+ compensation, a micro mechanism: we just bought a major appliance, and while HD usually accepts weeks of return, this one was... 48 hours! It was a GE dryer. The delivery guy refused to install it and requested we alter the connection of the previous (also standard, Samsung) dryer to the wall. So in the first 48 hours it was not even plugged in. Then it works but leaves burnt smell on the clothes. HD refused even a partial refund and also refused a return with merchandise credit to buy a different one. They said contact GE. GE sent a guy who confirmed the smell but said it is "normal" from a new motor and will dissipate in two weeks. Then he realized at the moment of his visit it was exactly two weeks. So he said "two months" instead. Obviously untrue, and even if it were true it would mean the dryer would spoil our clothes for two months, a 1k major appliance? He also said all dryers are like this. It was untrue, because our previous Samsung dryer was perfect from the start. If it were a transient with use motor issue, why would not they run it at a factory? Do not buy major appliances from HD (unless an unconditional extended return policy specified, which is not the case for most of their appliances). Do not buy GE. But Samsung, in our experience.

Their warranty service is awful. It’s through Allstate protection but when you need a service you have to contact Allstate and then you have to sign up and go through square trade. It was such a fiasco. The repair man didn’t fix my washer correctly so I had to go back to Allstate through square trade and their expedited service is a joke. It took three weeks to get my washer repaired. I will never buy an appliance from Home Depot again.

Home Depot, Hunter Douglas/Kirsch Blinds are responsible for this disaster. Each entity blames the other. The mechanical shade hasn’t worked from day 1. It’s been 2 mos. Home Depot installers left out the part that a charging wand was supposed to come with the purchase. This shade isn't fully charged b/c the lithium battery in the shade can’t be shipped charged b/c of fire issues...yes, a shade that can catch on fire in my home. I see a class action lawsuit in their future.

Very poor customer service. I had to go online to get a small cabinet which they did not have in stock. I placed the order Aug 4 and the computer came back with a Aug 29th date. Sounded unusual for something that they had 97 in stock. I had purchased a few earlier two Larger cabinets and it only took a week. I keep checking the tracking a it was sitting in some warehouse in Tx for 10 Days, so I called customer service, they put out a check and it came back that it looked it was lost, so they reorder lt with the same order number. The order continued to show the same Tx location until yesterday, when stated it was out for delivery in some city 3 hours away. So now phone calls started, until they said they found it in my store and I could come and pick it up. Guess what? No cabinets and my delivery date now is Sep 19. They said they reordered it. No attemot to get here asap, no help at all. My concern is will be here on the 19th
